Today is the start of a new year. If you want to do amazing things in 2024 like I intend to, then let's do this together:

1. Write down your answers to this question: what didn't I do in 2023 that would have helped me succeed?
2. Now, make a list of things you'll want to accomplish in 2024 [I’ll encourage you to make it 5 things]
3. Then, for those 5 things you write, break them down to this:
a. This is what I want to achieve this month.
b. This is the work I have to do to get it.
c. This is what I can delegate vs what I need to do myself.
d. This is what matters.

I’m asking you to do that because doing is going to put you on the path to success. But planning and doing this is what will help you to actually succeed big time.

So, write down your tasks for the year with a clear plan and realistic targets. Write down all the things you must accomplish to start moving towards those tasks. Then discipline yourself to stay on it. Hold yourself accountable for what you wrote yourself. Start today. Start now.
