Optimum Greece, agence spécialiste du Tourisme d’Affaires, situé à Marousi-Athènes, recherche un Chef de Projet francophone MICE H/F.
Le poste est à pourvoir immédiatement en contrat CDI.
Vos principales missions seront les suivantes :
Organisation de tous types d’événements : congrès, séminaires, conférences, voyages incentives, conventions, lancement de produits dans toute la Grèce
Gestion des appels d’offres ainsi que leur budget
Création d’un programme avec toute la partie logistique lié à l'événement
Accompagnement et conseil aux clients.
Compétence dans la Négociation
Voyage de Repérage avec les clients
Gestion des opérations de l’évènement

Les Compétences Recherchées
Expérience en planification et gestion d’événements
Solides compétences dans l’organisation et la gestion du temps
Aptitudes à travailler en équipe
Capacité à travailler sous pression et à respecter les délais
Souci du détail et réactivité
Maîtrise de Microsoft Office et des logiciels de gestion d’événements
La langue Française est indispensable, anglais ou grec sont un plus !
Connaissance de la Grèce et de ses différentes régions
