Sometimes, I wish I could see the world through the eyes of my younger self—when magic lived in every moment and wonder transformed the ordinary into something golden.

When a dandelion was a wish-granter, not a w**d. When puddles were oceans waiting to be explored, not obstacles to avoid. When cardboard boxes became castles, and blanket forts held the secrets of the universe.

I miss the time when colors didn't stay inside the lines, when grass stains were badges of adventure, not laundry dilemmas. When every stranger was a potential friend, and trust didn’t yet need armor.

Back then, the moon followed us home like a loyal companion, tree branches whispered ancient tales, and stuffed animals shared wisdom beyond their seams. A hug could heal any hurt, and tomorrow always glowed with the brightest hope.

We saw beauty in its purest form—before the world taught us to judge, before time taught us to rush, and before life taught us to fear.

Now, when the weight of the world feels heavy, I close my eyes and remember: that child still lives within me. She teaches me to dance in rain puddles, to find constellations in spilled sugar, and to believe in magic again. Because sometimes, the greatest wisdom is simply this—never stop believing in wonder.
