答：港幣$1,799、$1,499、$1,199及$799（全場座位）。
問：演唱會地點是在哪？
答：亞洲國際博覽館10號展館。
問：會員優先購票的日子、時間及購票渠道？
答：已經成功在Weverse登記成為ONEDOOR Membership (GLOBAL)會員的購票人，可於2025年1月21日(星期二)早上10時至下午11時59分(當地時間)在購票通(Cityline)進行優先購買門票。
問：公開發售的日子和時間？
答：2025年1月22日(星期三)當地時間上午10時。
問：公開發售有什麼購票渠道？
答：購票通(Cityline)以及大麥網(Damai)。

問：接受什麽付款方式？
答：Cityline：Visa、萬事達卡、PayMe、微信支付、支付寶、支付寶香港及Boc Pay。
大麥網：微信支付和支付寶。
問：每人最多可購買多少張門票？
答：會員優先購票：每個會員資格只可以進行一次交易，最多可以購買2張門票。
公開發售：每個帳號最多可購共6張門票。
問：輪椅座位適用於什麽人士？
答：輪椅座位門票只適用於須依賴輪椅移動的人士及其看顧人使用。每位輪椅人士在購買輪椅座位門票時，可同時購買一張看顧人門票。持有輪椅座位門票的人士必須出示行動不便的證明*。
*行動不便的證明指「殘疾人士登記證」(肢體傷殘類別)或其他有效的醫生證明文件以顯示行動不便。
問：什麽時候可以領取實體門票？
答：所有實體門票可於2025年3月18日(星期二)上午10時起領取。請攜同您在網上購票時所使用的取票編碼及密碼先到鄰近Cityline自助服務站領取門票或以郵寄/智能櫃方法(客人須付郵資)領取門票。
至於選擇以郵寄或智能櫃方式取票的歌迷，將於2025年3月18日(星期二)起會收到由Cityline寄出之門票。
而大麥網將於演出開始前一周左右寄出門票給購票人士。

🔮所有購買$1,799門票的觀眾，將可參與演前彩排，並可獲得一套專屬頸繩及通行證。
🔮全場觀眾皆可獲得海報一張，當中購買$1,799門票的觀眾更有機會隨機獲得限量的藝人親筆簽名海報。

Next Wednesday is the general onsale of BOYNEXTDOOR TOUR ‘KNOCK ON Vol.1’ IN HONG KONG. Please read below Q & A before purchasing the tickets.

Q: What is the seating allocation?
A: HKD$1,799/ $1,499/ $1,199 /$799 (All seated).
Q: Where will the concert be held at?
A: AsiaWorld-Expo, Hall 10.
Q: When and through which channel does the Membership Presale session start?
A: For those who have already successfully registered as a ONEDOOR Membership (GLOBAL) member on Weverse, can access the Membership Presale session from 10:00am to 11:59pm (local time) on Tuesday, 21st January 2025 at Cityline.
Q: When does the general onsale start?
A: 10am (local time) on 22nd January, 2025 (Wednesday).
Q: Where can purchase the tickets during general onsale ?
A: Cityline and Damai.

Q: What payment methods are accepted?
A: Visa, MasterCard, PayMe, WeChat Pay, Alipay, AlipayHK and BoC Pay for Cityline.
WeChat Pay and Alipay for Damai.
Q: How many tickets can be purchased for each people?
A: For Membership Presale session, each Membership may only be used to make one transaction for maximum 2 tickets.
For general onsale, each account can purchase maximum 6 tickets .
Q: Wheelchair seats are suitable for who?
A: Wheelchair seat tickets are designated for persons who use wheelchairs for mobility and their accompanying support persons. When purchasing wheelchair seat tickets, each wheelchair user is entitled to purchase for a maximum of one support person at the same time. Wheelchair seat ticket holders must produce proof of mobility difficulties* upon demand by AWEM during admission.
Proof of mobility difficulties means “Registration Card for People with Disabilities” (Physical Disability) or other valid medical documentary proof showing physical disability or mobility difficulties.
Q: When are the physical tickets available for collection?
A: All physical tickets will only be made available and issued FROM 10AM, 18th March, 2025 (Tuesday) ONWARDS. For those who purchase tickets through Cityline, please bring along the Redemption Claim ID and Password which you used for booking to redeem tickets at nearby Cityline Ticketing Kiosk at the earliest convenience. For patrons who choose courier or locker service, they will receive tickets from 18th March, 2025 (Tuesday) onwards.
And Damai will send the physical tickets by post one week before the concert for those who purchase tickets through Damai.
