Over 20 artists will be in the house this week at SLAP 拍. Vs. Day on Friday night and we’re open from 4pm-5am on Saturday - look out for a special All Day, All Night Pass for that.

Fri 14.02, from 10pm: Vs. for Valentine’s Day. 10 HK-based DJs back-to-back in 5 B2B DJ sets for bass heavy battle. Featuring these duos: 50/50 vs. Immuno, Gong! vs. Joesnotdead, MZee vs. Omega G, Kali vs. Mattisnowhere, and Zamsee vs. 王若迷.

Sat 15.02: We‘ve just dropped a special All Day, All Night pass for these two parties. At HKD 448 for both, we’ve got a festival-like line-up from 4pm-5am

- From 4pm, UK underground DJ Madam X is joined by Just Bee and Shanda for genre-defying lineup, presented by Omni and Mixmag Asia.

- From 11pm, Changsha’s MO7 Recordings takes over Hong Kong with UK DnB duo Koherent and hype man Hijak MC, plus an eclectic lineup of HK and mainland China based DJs: Murcor (CA), JFÜNG, 1N., 51%, Dickey, Lan Fang, Lucy Fallen, Ming Jai, and Purrppl. Celebrate MO7 Recordings‘ 4th anniversary and witness Koherent’s and Hijak MC’s debut performances in HK.

7th Feb：SLAP 拍 首次presents Psy-Sonic 系列，以hitech與dark psy的音樂類型為主軸，為大家介紹迷幻系不同的聲音。Darkpsy 和 Hitech 都是迷幻音樂文化中的重要組成部分，各自擁有獨特的風格和特點。Darkpsy 更加注重陰暗和神秘的氛圍，而 Hitech 則以其快速的節奏和高能量的音效而受到喜愛。這兩種風格都在全球的電子音樂派對和音樂節中佔有一席之地，吸引著不同的聽眾群體。

本次Psy-Sonic邀請了5位本地地下dark psy及hitech 的DJ，包括:

遊走於光與暗彼端的精神體

MZee 的選曲特別在於以旋律作為ambient，連繫hitech的高速能量編織故事去表達自己。她不斷地游走於古典與現代音域之間，以強勁節拍配合經典樂曲的音符衝擊聽覺。她亦鐘情於混合廣泛的曲風，以及靈活運用獨特選曲營造不同的氛圍，混搭由輕快至暗黑的樂曲以釋放深藏內心深處的感受與情緒。

NoXx3
NoXx3 即以幽柔的旋律克制著燥動，在精神之中迷離地推進。她認為「一首歌最吸引嘅時候係有很大部分的聲音都令自己沉醉，卻又有一部分唔係自己鍾意嘅聲，但係美好的部分無法忽視，令人可以忍受不完美嘅位，去感受更加珍貴的幸福。」

R.W.-RAINBOW 猶如一股自然的力量，她以獨特的動態節奏和富有感染力的能量吸引觀眾。她穿越Forest、Twilight 和Full-On Psytrance流派的領域，從她的旅程和聲音冒險中汲取靈感，她的音樂作品融合了不同的樂器和自然聲音元素和節奏。每組舞蹈都是精心製作的敘事，營造出令人振奮、令人著迷的舞蹈音景。

Tfeelscary
Tfeelscary 是Dropsound的創辦人之一，Darkpsy是他主要涉獵範疇包括。選曲主要為滿，強而有力的鼓，大量刺激大腦的音頻，眾人都隨音樂墮入他的領域，不知不覺間被恐懼包圍，再融入抽象的聲音樣本和超現實世界的氛圍，探索恐懼和未知的精神世界深淵。

在農曆新年初二，香港本地音樂廠牌 VNWAVE 越南電波將再次與 SLAP 拍攜手合作，共同慶祝 VNWARE 的四週年誕辰。

「幾何」象徵著我們多年來與音樂人之間的緊密交流； 「原本」則體現了 VNWAVE 團隊的實驗本質。

As the lunar new year approaches, we‘ve got you covered. Here’s the rundown of what you should spend your laisee on:

Thu 30.01 - VNWAVE YEAR 4 ANNIVERSARY: VNIV
We celebrate our dear HK crew VNWAVE‘s birthday. VNIV embodies the culmination of experiences gathered over four years. Whether its your first time checking out VNWAVE of you’ve been to one of their many raves, this club night is set to blend experimental dance and atmospheric sound design, inviting both new and old friends to share and exchange energy on the dancefloor. 10+ DJs including two special live sets.

Fri 31.01: We‘re excited to welcome Berlin-based Wanton Witch for the first time in Hong Kong. She’s a sorceress of sound renowned for casting spells in legendary nightclubs including Berghain and Corsica Studios. As the co-founder of the iconic q***r collective ‘Non Non Non,’ her electrifying sets are a masterclass in sonic enchantment. Her sublime productions are a melting pot of deconstructed club, trap, techno and so much more. Also at SLAP 拍 for the first time we have ANGELFR0MABOVE, and returning Baby Diwata and Loveless. Sat 01.02 - Techno.Abyss
Kicking off February and the Year of the Snake with SLAP 拍‘s is TECHNO.ABYSS. We are thrilled to welcome back the to Hong Kong co-founder of ABYSS (HK), Shanda who has making a name for herself in Berlin, Barcelona-based produce and DJ SYM, ABYSS co-founder Angelika, Jeremy Cheung, and The Heman.

PILLA「無限制」is your gateway to raw and unfiltered energy in the heart of Kowloon. Here’s the lineup for tomorrow night.

Fresh off a live performance at HARD CLUB in Porto on January 11th, M3STR crafts playful and minimalistic grooves designed for an unforgettable dance floor experience.

SEIRYŪ (Cipher) and Yadin Moha (Strange Weather) each play for the first time at SLAP 拍. SEIRYŪ, a London native now thriving in Hong Kong, seamlessly blends psychedelic trance with hypnotic techno. Yadin explores experimental electronics and psychedelia, merging wave, post-punk, and techno.

SLAP UR FRIENDS is back this Saturday. For an intimate night of irresistible polyrhythmic beats that will keep you dancing until dawn, we’ve invited 4 DJs who call HK their home, yet they each transcend cultural boundaries with their globally inspired sounds.

They are Yeti Out’s Fergus, a dynamic force in the local scene who‘s been DJing for 14 years internationally. Eastern Margins’ YING, a London-based talent celebrating east Asian culture through eclectic beats.

Zimbabwe born Kofi Beam, who effortlessly bridges the gap between African music and bass, and deeply immersed underground favourite KOLAK, a specialist in UK bass and footwork music.

After a massively eventful weekend which saw us host hundreds of guests including over 20 DJs, we’re excited to share with you what’s on this week at SLAP 拍.

Fri 24.01: Raw, unfiltered and unpretentious high energy sounds from Porto’s M3STR whose productions have been played at the likes of Berghain. He is joined by Hong Kong’s Yadin Moda and SEIRYŪ.

Sat 25.01: SLAP UR FRIENDS again this Saturday which includes the hip-shaking, eclectic line up of Yeti Out’s Fergus, Ying (Eastern Margins, UK), Kofi Beam and KOLAK.

Also, as you may have noticed, we will be open from 4pm on Saturday 15th February for a festival-like lineup of 2 parties.

From 4pm, UK underground DJ Madam X is joined by Just Bee and Shanda for genre-defying line-up presented by Omni and Mixmag Asia.

From 11pm, independent Changsha-based MO7 Recordings descends upon Hong Kong with DnB duo Koherent and hype man Hijak MC plus 9 HK and mainland China based DJs. It’s MO7 Recordings’ 4th anniversary and the first time Koherent plays in HK.

M3STR 是來自波圖嘅新興現場表演者同及DJ，一直以高能量的演出及優秀的音樂製作而聞名，亦曾經於不同標誌性場地，例如Berghain等表演。

SEIRYŪ來自倫敦而現居香港，亦是Cipher 的常駐DJ，有名於collective 中結合迷幻出神類型的電子音樂 (psychedelic trance) 及富催眠感的techno。

Yadin 於佢嘅電台節目中探索experimental electronics同psychedelia，而佢嘅現場dj表演就透過 Strange Weather Collective 融入另外的音樂類型包括wave、post-punk、electro及techno。

M3STR is an emerging live an act and DJ from Porto, known for his high-energy in the booth and stellar production. His tracks have been played at some some of the world’s iconic clubs, including Berghain.

SEIRYŪ, a London native now based in Hong Kong, brings a blend of psychedelic trance and hypnotic techno as a resident of the Cipher collective.

Yadin explores experimental electronics and psychedelia in his radio sets, while his club performances incorporate wave, post-punk, electro, and techno through the Strange Weather collective.

Valentin Ginies是一位長駐柏林多才多藝嘅藝術家。他不但是11001 Records的創辦人，亦會透過Bahn Records同Circular Limited發表作品去展露個人曲風，包括techno電子音樂、氛圍音樂與不同實驗的聲音。此外，他也是迷幻電子音樂節Third Eye Festival嘅創意總監、“Teufelsberg Domecast”— 氛圍實驗曲風播客同聲音裝置其中之一的創辦人、及實驗電子音樂ORBIT派對的策劃者。

佢嘅演出曾經出現在多個標誌性場地，例如東京VENT、柏林://about blank、亞松森嘅Tango，以及日本Otsukimi Festival。Valentin以獨特選曲平衡不同豐富情感同充滿活力嘅聲音而著稱，將舞池轉化為迷幻同實驗探索的空間。

今個星期五晚11點WARE見，門票已於網站發售。

Valentin Ginies, a multifaceted artist based in Berlin. As the founder of 11001 Records, he champions techno, ambient, and experimental sounds, further showcasing his artistry with releases on Bahn Records and Circular Limited. Additionally, he is the creative force behind the Third Eye Festival that known for psychedelic techno, the co-founder of “Teufelsberg Domecast”, a unique ambient experimental podcast and sound installation, as well as a party curator for ORBIT that highlights the experimental side of techno.

His performances have graced iconic venues such as VENT in Tokyo, ://about blank in Berlin, Tango in Asuncion, and the Otsukimi Festival in Japan. Known for balancing sensitive emotions with energetic sound, Valentin transforms dance floors into spaces for psychedelic and experimental exploration.

Fri 17.01: In our club, we welcome Berlin-based Valentine Ginies, founder of record label 11001 Records focused on ambient techno and experimental sounds. He is joined by HK-based DJs, Marco Yu of TRI, SLAP 拍 resident MZee and VNWAVE’s Madctrl. Doors open at 11pm - long sets all night. Presale is still available.

Sat 18.01: We are very proud to host Hong Kong drum and bass collective Feed The Dragon for their label launch and premiere of their music video. Doors open at 10pm for the party. Earlier in the evening, there will be DJ and production workshops for those who have already signed up. Advance tickets for the party are still available on our site.

下個星期五WARE之夜新增咗一位DJ：來自VNWAVE嘅Madctrl將會同MZee一齊進行B2B演出。

同晚，我哋仲會驕傲地迎接來自柏林嘅藝術家同Third Eye Festival創辦人Valentin Ginies，仲有香港本地DJ Marco Yu喺SLAP拍 演出。

1月17日星期五晚11點開門，門票現於網站開售。

New DJ added for next Friday’s WARE club night: VNWAVE’s Madctrl will join MZee for an extended B2B set.

That night we are also proudly hosting Berlin-based artist and Third Eye Festival founder Valentin Ginies and Hong Kong-native Marco Yu in our club.
