一向都係蘿蔔糕控，鐘意食落去有「家」嘅溫暖感覺。但因為工序繁複，而且要搜羅我哋滿意嘅材料，實在要大費周章，加上我哋自己亦有心水的傳統品牌去幫襯，所以一直以來反而冇生產蘿蔔糕；只係過節時候親手做幾個送俾至親好友。

但係近幾年開始覺得好多以前喜歡的品牌好似改咗生產方法，材料亦都無以前咁足料，所以決定今年試試用返自己喺屋企做糕的方法同材料，依自己的口味同大家分享一下。蘿蔔我哋用返本地蘿蔔，貪佢夠甜同多汁；臘腸同臘肉，我哋揀咗本地老字號錦祥號；至於北海道乾貝、原木冬菇、黃支蝦米，我哋一向都係由另一上環海味老字號 廣泰號 KWONG TAI Company提供。食譜係我哋一路用開不斷改良至自己喜歡的口味，蘿蔔全人手切。唔敢講一定每個人都讚好，但絕對係我哋用誠意嘅私心推介。
