On the southwest side of the island of Brač, there is a restaurant where, since 1994, fisherman Šime has been preparing fish specialties for his guests only from wild fish that he catches himself. Undoubtedly, we are talking about a beautiful location right next to the sea where you can enjoy privacy and obviously top quality food. If you're coming from the sea, we'll organize a mooring for you on a buoy in the bay itself, and if you're coming by land, you'll have a hard time finding this hidden gem. We just love to discover magical venues for you. 🤭🤗

There can be no important island event without famous Hrapoćuša cake! It has been that way for at least 350 years ago and still is.
This cake made of lots of nuts, eggs and sugar is unique for it's rough and rustic appearance and it got it's name after the special local stone which the desert irresistibly resembels.
Also, it has been declared as a part of intangible cultural heritage. We are interested only in authentic, unique and most special. (Not to mention the most delicious.) How about you? 😊

Brač cheese is a full-fat hard cheese made from sheep's milk. In Nerežišća on the island of Brač, a sheep and dairy cooperative was founded in 1934, which, among other things, produced the best Brač cheese. These days, there are just several smaller island producers who maintain the tradition of producing Brač cheese. The specificity of the production of Brač cheese is that after a month the cheese is washed in sea water and again ripened for 4 to 6 months. At the end, it is coated with oil and stored in a special stone container - an oyster. If interested in original, traditional and best of for your unique event, contact Evona Events.

For true hedonists and gourmets - Vitalac. There is certainly no more authentic dish from Brac, which, by the way, has been declared as an intangible Croatian cultural heritage.
This dish represents inland settlement's life style and culture throughout long and rich island history.
You can't find this dish on many island restaurant menus. There's actually only a few places where you can get it. (Don't worry, we already tried each place and filtered the offer.) 😊
This dish is made of lambs offal, skewered and wrapped in lamb's intestines, turned on coals and served with young onions.
Visiting island Brač and not having Vitalac is the same as visiting Paris and not trying snails. (With a glass of champagne.) 😉

We do not offer anything new because there is already so many great things to see and to experience on our beautiful island. As an excellent connoisseurs of this destination, to our potencial clients we do offer the selection- only THE best of it.
