I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the delayed delivery of the car I ordered on January 13th.
Despite being produced on March 8th, the vehicle has remained stagnant in the factory for over a month, with no explanation provided to me or my dealership Jolly Auto Line in Rijeka for the extended delay.
This lack of communication and transparency regarding the status of my order is unacceptable and has caused considerable inconvenience and frustration, over a problem with our job as a chauffeur service company.
As a loyal customer of Mercedes, I had expected a higher level of service and accountability.
I urge you to promptly investigate this matter and provide me with a detailed explanation for the delay, as well as a concrete timeline for the delivery of my car.
Restoring my confidence in your brand is imperative.
