During the planning, never consider what is "normal" or "traditional", but what will make your day uniquely yours, what will make it truly about you. Here are some tips that your guests are sure to love.
💕 1. Venue: The choice of venue will determine the whole wedding experience for you and your wedding party. The venue can set the mood, feel and style of your wedding. It's important that the venue reflects your personality, but also make sure it's easily accessible, with accommodation on or near the venue if necessary.
💕 2. Individual invitations: Choose a graphic designer you like and have a unique invitation designed that also incorporates your personality. Make sure that the invitation matches the style of the venue, the colours of the decorations.
💕 3. Have a theme for the your wedding: Show your guests who you are, what characterises you, what your common hobbies are, through your decorations and activities.
💕 4. Programs: You can also prepare special events for your guests, such as a surprise celebrity guest, a ballet performance, aerial dancers or even a painter who will be there on the wedding day to capture a special moment of the big day.
💕 5. Special additional services: Do you like a good cocktail, champagne, wine or ci**rs? Have a corner dedicated to them. If there are lots of children at your wedding, call in an animator and set up a play area. Not only will you, but the parents will be forever grateful for the chance to relax a bit and give you more attention.

I wish I had known these tips before the Big Day ☝️👌
These are the "little things" that most often escape the Couples' attention.
✨ Count down from the ceremony or from the first fixed point, so that you won't be late from the welcome or the ceremony.
✨ Give enough time to travel - if you have to move between different places on your big day, e.g. from the place of preparation to the church and then to the wedding venue, make sure you allow enough travel time!
✨ Eat - work out what you're going to get and where you're going to get it from in advance, so you don't have to spend time on the wedding day.
✨ Inform the service providers about the timetable - send out to them in advance who is due to arrive and when they will have duties on the day. Also note how many hours you have contracted with them and how long they will be at your wedding.
✨ Don't let your guests get bored - make sure that your guests can eat and drink during your creative photo shoot and that there is a programme planned for them. ✨ Let them know when you will be back and what they can expect afterwards. It is best to have a master of ceremonies to take care of all this.
✨ Allow enough time for the preparation - Plan your preparations so that it's not a rush, but so that you can get in the mood for one of the most important and happiest days of your life! Make time for champagne, bridesmaids, mothers of pleasure, joy, because you'll be sure to look back on these photos with pleasure.

Nagyon szeretem általában a letisztult, pasztell esküvőket, de elképesztően imádtam azt az élénk, nagyon színes dekorációt is. 😍❤️🧡💛💚 Szerintem nagyon jó hangulatot tudnak varázsolni ezek a vibráló színek, merjétek őket bátran használni!

I really like clean, pastel weddings in general, but I also absolutely loved this bright, very colourful decor. 😍❤️🧡💛💚 I think these vibrant colours can really create a great atmosphere, so feel free to use them!

Wedding planning is a stressful process in itself, so it's crucial that you surround yourself with people and service providers who not only provide an outstanding level of service, but who will support you throughout and can be relied upon at every stage of the planning process.
Here are a few tips to help you:
👉 Define the budget: Before you start your research, think about how much you can afford to spend on your wedding. This is not an easy and often not fun task, but it is the basis of the whole planning process.
👉 Do your research: Check out more forums, website, portfolio, social platforms, read the reviews of the vendors and make sure to meet them in person/online that will allow you to see their personality, professionalism, communication style and the personal impression will make it much easier for you to make a final decision.
👉 Get it all in writing: Always put all information in writing to avoid misunderstandings later. The first and most important is the contract, make sure to include all information that was agreed.

7 mistakes you can make when planning your wedding

✨No budget: Establishing and sticking to a wedding budget is key. Many couples do not have a clear idea of how much they need and how much it will cost. Don't let costs run wild and try to have a realistic budget from the start.
✨Not enough time to prepare: Planning a wedding can ideally take many months, often 1-1.5 years. Of course, it is possible to organise a wedding in less time, but in this case you will have to compromise.
✨Selection of service providers: Finding the right team members can take a long time. Let's meet several service providers in person as personal impressions and "chemistry" on both sides are essential to ensure that you can work together smoothly.
✨Booking your first wedding dress: Trying on a wedding dress is a very emotional moment and often brides feel they have found their dream dress as soon as they try on their first dress. Take photos and even if you think you've found the perfect dress and let's make the final decision after a few days.
✨No make-up or hair test: Always have a make-up and hair trial a couple of weeks before your wedding. Also talk through the wedding day, who is starting on the day and how much time each person needs.
✨You do not check the text of invitations: Always check that all information, dates and times are correct on the graphic materials and that there are no spelling mistakes. Agree in advance on the thickness, pattern and colour of the paper and envelope to be used.
✨Too busy a schedule on the wedding day: Getting your schedule right is key on your wedding day! Make a very detailed scenario, agreed with each service provider to avoid misunderstandings and confusion. Allow adequate time for getting ready, eating, creative photography, group photoshoots and all the programme items.

1 évvel ezelőtt a délelőtti órákban még izgultunk, hogy ne essen az eső, de délutánra csodás időnk lett, így minden kültérre tervezett programot meg tudtunk tartani a tervezett helyszínen. Csodás napunk és egy fantasztikus esküvőnk volt, amelyre a felkészülés minden egyes pillanatát is élveztem, hiszen egy fantasztikus Pár, Regina és Viktor esküvőjét volt szerencsém megszervezni. 🥰🤗
Drága Regina és Viktor! Nagyon boldog 1. házassági évfordulót kívánok Nektek! 💖🍾🥂
1 year ago, we were worried a bit about the rain in the morning, but by the afternoon we had beautiful weather, so we were able to hold all the outdoor activities in the planned location. We had a wonderful day and a fantastic wedding, for which I enjoyed every moment of the preparation, as I had the pleasure of organising the wedding of an amazing couple, Regina and Viktor. 🥰🤗

☝️ How to choose the perfect wedding venue?
Every couple wants to plan and execute their Bid Day perfectly and the choice of venue is a crucial decision that will have a big impact on the mood, style and budget, so it's worth thinking carefully.
✨Wedding date and weather: Let's decide when you want to have the wedding. This will influence the type of venue you choose (e.g. indoor or outdoor) and what equipment or facilities you will need (e.g. marquee, heating, lighting, etc.). Whatever date you choose always have a plan B in case something doesn't go as you would like.
✨Style and theme: Decide on the style and theme of the wedding you want to organise, and thus the mood and atmosphere you want to create. It is important to choose a venue that fits the theme and style of your wedding.

Tavaly ilyenkor egy nagyon hideg őszi napon Orsi és Peti szerelmét ünnepeltük. 💖 Szinte egész nap esett az eső, mindössze két rövid időre állt el, így pont volt lehetőségük egy rövid kreatív fotózásra és a kültéri szertartást is meg tudtuk tartani az eredetileg megbeszélt helyszínen.
