There are unlimited ideas if you're having your wedding in Bali. The most popular one is fans. But Sarah and Harald, our dear couple from Germany, preferred something that can be useful for a longer period of time, which were mugs.

Harald designed the logo himself and we helped them ordering the printed mugs. Harald put two QR codes on the design which can be scanned by their guests and they can upload the photos they took on their big day. The photos would then be an online gallery that Sarah and Harald can look back after their wedding or on their anniversaries.

To keep things efficient (doesn't take too much space), we proposed an idea to make a seating chart that also acts as a souvenir board. We put a tag on each mug with the guest's name on one side, and the table number on the other side.

This idea was proven to be highly effective and chic, with a custom board painted in black and a custom wording at the top. Our biggest thanks to who made this idea a reality. ✨️🙏🤍🤍

We had an immense pleasure planning the wedding of these 2 beautiful souls, and for around 1 year. No WhatsApp chats, no video or voice calls, everything was merely via emails. No inspection, food tasting, nor makeup trial. Sounds strange maybe to some of you. But it's quite normal in my life as a wedding planner. 😂

I am beyond grateful for each and every couple we came across with. No wedding is the same. No trust was taken for granted. To all wonderful couples who have trusted Gaiasophy to plan and coordinate your weddings in Bali, we thank you from them bottom of our hearts. 🙏🙏♥️♥️
