One of our largest clients is putting together a Power Point training for their staff about our services and wanted some back story info. Thought I'd share with you some content written over the years.

Promises made, Promises kept, Promise delivered!
Being involved in all aspects of day-to-day operations keeps us focused and committed to our driving principles. Promises made, Promises kept, Promise delivered!. Additionally, our experienced staff is equally empowered to make decisions in our absence to ensure we deliver on our promise to you. It is our Staff that make us whom we are.

Whether it’s Ovarian cancer, American diabetes, SRP, APS, CAP, Arizona Game & Fish, Boy Scouts of America, Quail Forever, Ducks Unlimited, Rotary International, golf tournaments, Maj Jongg or Harvest festivals. Organizers enjoy working with us because we are knowledgeable, timely and cost effective. Over the years we have had the pleasure of supporting many organizer’s whom feel comfortable turning over the food and beverage portion of their endeavor to WBC so they can focus on the other multitude of tasks.

Wild Bunch Catering doesn't try to be everything to everyone. We do is create great tasting food using home-style ingredients, proprietary rubs, marinades and sauces within family recipes handed down for generations resulting in robust, unique flavors. Off site specialists we bring the restaurant to you by providing full service, drop-off delivery, grab & go, rentals, whole event management and anything else to make your event perfect. Full service catering for Cocktail parties, tail gating, pick nicks, weddings, celebration of life receptions, fund raising, multiple meals within a day or multiple meals for multiple days with Statewide service!

Bob & Jeri Lynn Willis are the original founders and managing proprietors of Wild Bunch Catering located in Phoenix Arizona. WBC has built a reputation on providing great tasting foods delivered on time and as promised anywhere in Arizona.
Having been in the hospitality industry most of their adult lives only taking a short break in the 90's to raise two wonderful sons, they found themselves being drawn back into the mix and in 2003 were invited to establish Wild Bunch Catering. Initially sharing space with some of the most recognized names in local restaurants and catering provided a launch pad for growth and success. Slowly adding to their menu and levels of service their business began to flourish.

Hello Bob and Jeri Lyn,

We had a very pleasant and enjoyable evening with Kate last night. She arrived at the location several minutes before 4pm and was set up several minutes before 5pm, our time for dinner. She was very engaged with our group.

The food was very good and the service was great!! As you know it was our first experience with Wild Bunch Catering. We are glad it was a positive one!

We hope that Kate’s experience was equally as positive!

Thank you.

Ever wonder where the money goes from all these fundraisers. Well our friend Laurel where do sponsor the Teal Ribbon Tourney each year. Here is an email from her

Hi Bob and Jeri Lynn,
Thanks again for sponsoring and catering our Teal Ribbon Golf tourney and luncheon.

Our charity has decided to donate $25,000 again to NRG Oncology to help fund an underrepresented, early-career researcher for ovarian cancer with an emphasis on genetic testing of family members if the patient has a mutation. This is an underfunded area of research, yet it is a means of prevention of this cancer in the first place. We would not be able to do this without your support! So of course, everyone wants you to cater this event. I don’t know the theme, but needed to make sure we could find a spot on your schedule.
Thanks so much!
Laurel

The servers were top notch, the food was fantastic, and my members are still talking about it this morning! My personal favorite were the chicken empanadas with the spicy sauce – that alone could have been my dinner!
Kudos to you and the team and thank you again for helping make our off site dinner last night a success!

Ask the women in your life if they know anyone that has had Ovarian Cancer in their lifetime and you would be surprised how many will say yes. Ovarian cancer doesn't get the big headlines like other cancers or not for profits and they don't have telethons but its real and all too often deadly. Laurel Pracht is the founder of the West Valley OCA and a 23 year survivor herself. Her and her small staff of volunteers work tirelessly to raise funds for research and If not mistaken, most of the research money stays in AZ.

Wild Bunch Catering doesn't have deep enough pockets to donate to everyone but as the primary Teal Level sponsor everyone at our company feels good about this one every year.

Rock on Laurel. Keep up the great job

How weddings have changed over the last 50 years
Who would have thought that in the span of 50 years, weddings would go from formal, stuffy affairs to laid-back celebrations? Let's take a look at how things have changed over the years.

1. In the 1970s, most weddings were held in churches, with the reception afterward in a hall or at home.

2. The bride usually wore a white dress and veil and the groom a suit.

3. Flowers were simple, typically just white roses.

4. The cake was often fruitcake, which is very dense and less sweet than modern cakes.

5. There was no such thing as "wedding photography" - the couple would pose for portraits before the wedding day itself.

6. The average cost of a wedding in the '70s was $5,000 - today, it's closer to $30,000

7. In 1973, the average couple was 22 years old - today, they're closer to 30

8. The most popular wedding cake flavor was chocolate - today, it's vanilla

9. The average wedding had 150 guests - today, that number has decreased to 120

10. The most popular form of entertainment at weddings was a live band - today, it's a DJ

11. Wedding receptions typically lasted for 4 hours - today, they last for 6-8 hours

12. The number 1 wedding song in

1970- The Wonder of You – Elvis Presley

1980- Keep On Loving You – REO Speedwagon

1990- Love Without End, Amen – George Strait

2000- I Hope You Dance – Lee Ann Womack

2010- "Marry Me" – Train

2020- TIE- Thinking Out Loud – Ed Sheeran & All of Me – John Legend.

It's fascinating to see how far weddings have come in such a short time. It will be interesting to see how they evolve.

Thanks Meryl Snow

Happy Birthday to the hardest working person within our organization. Jeri Lynn Willis. President, CFO, COO, Human resources, Payroll, Staffing, Procurement, Driver, Logistics coordinator and COOB (Chief Officer Of Bob). Beautiful, compassionate, caring, loving, nurturing, understanding and all-around great person. I love a lot of things in life, but none compare with Jeri Lynn. Happy Birthday Baby 😊
