Undangan pernikahan merupakan salah satu bagian terpenting dan hal yang tidak boleh terlewatkan dalam daftar persiapan pernikahan. Undangan pernikahan sangatlah penting untuk mengabari kabar bahagia pernikahan kamu dan pasangan kepada orang-orang yang mengenal kamu. Undangan pernikahan adalah salah satu pertanda bahwa segala sesuatunya akan menjadi nyata, hari besar kamu semakin dekat, dan kamu akan segera mengetahui siapa yang akan menghadiri perayaan tersebut. Untuk itu penting intinya untuk mempersiapkan undangan pernikahan dengan benar.

Langkah awal yang harus dilakukan adalah sesuaikan undangan pernikahan dengan tema yang sudah ditentukan pada acara pernikah kamu nantinya. Undangan bisa menjadi kesan awal dari pernikahan kamu dan pasangan, tak perlu bermewah-mewah, tetapi lebih kepada makna atau esensi yang ingin disampaikan. Untuk itu diperlukan penulisan dan huruf yang digunakan tertera dan dapat terbaca dengan jelas oleh setiap tamu yang akan menerima undangan pernikahan nantinya.

Selain menentukan tema dan jenis tulisan, menentukan jumlah undangan juga sama pentingnya, kamu dan pasangan harus meluangkan waktu khusus untuk ini. Tidak ada salahnya memesan kartu undangan lebih banyak dibanding kamu akan kekurangan nantinya. Dari sinilah kita kemudian berangkat untuk menentukan waktu yang tepat untuk membuat undangan. Agar kamu memiliki persiapan yang matang, perihal undangan sebaiknya telah mulai direncanakan beberapa bulan sebelumnya. Diperlukan menejemen waktu yang baik. Hal ini berguna agar ada waktu untuk revisi supaya sesuai dengan undangan impian kamu serta pasangan.

Hal selanjutnya yang perlu kamu pikirkan adalah kapan waktu yang tepat untuk menyebarkan undangan pernikahan. Mulailah menyebar undangan minimal 3 minggu sebelum hari H. Ada beberapa perbedaan waktu untuk menyebarkan undangan yang didasarkan pada tamu yang akan dijangkau nantinya. Tidak ada salah nya berkonsultasi kepada orang-orang terdekat, atau kepada Wedding Planner kamu dalam menentukan tema undangan atau design yang kamu inginkan dalam acara istimewa kamu dan pasangan serta orang-orang terdekat.
