I had the privilege and honor of catering for the amazing for her wedding 🎉

Marion wanted to make use of local vendors' produce for salads, the cheese course and dessert.

The feast was started off with homegrown tomatoes & basil and handmade mozzarella from , as well as a garden salad, and arancini by yours truly.

For mains there was a lamb spitbraai with potatoes & veg, followed by a cheese course, provided yet again by the amazing 🧀

Last but not least, Gelato and tiramisu handmade & provided by Marco, of 🍦

Everything flowed seamlessly. A big shout out to my partner-in-crime Caroline and all the staff who helped make it possible 🙌

Had a fantastic evening braaing for a group of people from the UK, Portugal & Spain last night. It felt like a war zone infront of that fire, but the result was perfect!

And of course cooking with such excellent quality meat from is just a dream. Thanks again guys!
