Following the success of the Tinryland Craft Fair and Family Fun Day in Tinryland Park in the village last year, a similar outdoor event will take place this Sunday 28th August from 11am to 5pm. The day is about celebrating the community and marking all that is good about the Park. Any funds raised on the day will go towards annual costs associated with the maintenance of the Park.

The Craft Fair and Family Fun Day will cater for all the family and will include food stalls, craft stalls, bouncy castle, children’s games, face painting and lots more. Entry to the event is free and all are welcome to attend. Parking will be available in the village and Ward’s field just across from the Park. There will be no parking allowed in the actual Park other than for stall holders to facilitate set down.

We are delighted that we will be at the Tullow Agricultural Show tomorrow. It's great to be at a local event. Hope to see everyone there and that you all get stuffed eating our food

Due to the orange weather warning we will be closed today

Latest charts showing the risk of heavy rain in South this afternoon and evening with more thunderstorms possible before clearing South tonight.

Temperatures much cooler today as they begin to return to normal.

The Status Orange - Thunderstorm warning for Munster, Wexford, Carlow, Kilkenny, Laois, Offaly, Kildare, Wicklow, Dublin has been extended now up to 10pm tonight.
