Hi x
Anyone want to give me guitar lessons online? Specifically folk / Irish / blues / trad vibeeees. My attention span can be on the shorter side, I play to sing and have always avoided harder chords / strumming patterns - but! I feel ready to put some proper time patience attention on improving my playing skills now. Any help appreciated 🎸🎶🎵🎤❤️✨🙏

It’s RAINBOW SUSHI NIGHT again tonight 🍱 yipeeee. This is a very fun meal to make, and lots of room for kitchen experiments - like the watermelon sashimi I made last week🍣 🌈
I am feeling a bit like a big shiny sunflower today 🌻
Suryalila sunsets often feel quite magical ✨

Picklessssss
As some of you may know, I’m a big fan of toppings, that extra little thing that elevates a meal and makes it oh so delicious… I even had a dream of opening a food stall called “mush&crunch”… where each bite would be a union of textures, a party in the mouth of sorts 😅🤤💕 Indian dal and tamari toasted seeds, tagine and pickles, hummus and crackers, satay noodles & toasted peanuts, miso blondies and crunchy pecans, smoothie bowls and toasted coconut flakes…the list goes on… what’s your favorite mush&crunch combo?
I really really like making yummy food in a community environment and sharing it with friends ✨ Grateful to be here doing just that 🙏💕
Lastnights dessert was a a vegan cashew cheesecake with an oat, date, lemon zest and sunflower seed base, vanilla cashew cream and blueberry swirl. Topped with more bloobs and borage flowers 💜
F l o w e r s in the morning bring me joy
I’ve been making my own curry powder inspired by my travels. In Sri Lanka they use toasted rice and roast the spices before grinding which makes it ohhhhh so delicious. I also added some lemon zest for fun. Nom.
Here’s a pic of me leaning over the table towards a giant bowl of tabbouleh 🌱not sure why I’m doing it but its giving me awkward / happy vibes which is very often my vibe. It’s Morrocan night again tonight yippeeee x

One of my favorite moments this year. The banquet feast … ft the infamous Kevs kitchen , superstar chef Doxy, king of spuds 🥔 && the greatest with the strategically placed tea towel for dramatic effect 🤣👩🍳
Kiri happy chopping veggies, single spoon servings and some other kitchen moments …oh.lion
swipe for the girls menu boards 😍
My gorgeous mama is doing the bouquets for 💐 instead of plastic wrap she is using recycled coffee bags from .coffee and I think it looks so beautiful & natural. She also threw in a few ferns from the garden!
I always love this week when her house turns into a florist 😅🌸 🌺 🌱

My summer in one photo. The last few months have been a beautiful combination of my two favorite things. Making food & building things. 🛠 👩🍳
Very grateful to work in environments that allow me to do both 🧡✨

Annnnd that’s a wrap. Thanks to everyone that stopped by my little wagon this summer. It was so beautiful to be down at the quay in Clifden… I really felt so welcomed onto the beach road and met lots of lovely neighbours. I am packing up a little earlier than planned as I have some other exciting things happening that I want to fully give my energy to... ✨🙏✨
Thanks so much to Julia & Paddy of for letting me perch there for the summer, Sadbh .studio for giving me space &&& of course the one & only for being the smiliest loveliest barista 🥰
if you didn’t get a chance to stop by I will be doing one last day of the season market at Christchurch Clifden on the 10th September. It’s going to be a fun day!

More and more in the last little while I am remembering that singing is so good for the soul. Whether it’s on stage, in the shower, while cooking, driving, anytime anywhere… there is so much healing in learning and sharing music. After a week of indescribable inspiration & harmony of all kinds from Anne Walshe @canneuhandleit … our week ended by going to @levis_corner_house_ballydehob to listen to @caitniriainmusic @theweavingmusic …. Which then turned into a beautiful song sharing… here was my offering x
Bealtaine, the day that marks the return of Samos, this light half of the year, in the Celtic wheel is the time to celebrate the abundance of nature and the fertility of the earth 🌍🌱🌺 . . Bealtaine is an invitation to tap into our own potential and blossom into our full expression, to leave fear behind and share our unique gifts with the world, which is easier said than done. This time of year is our nudge to go out and try, to take risks, to honour our dreams and goals and follow our path towards new possibilities ✨🔥 . . In the world we live in right now, witnessing the destruction and devastation happening in Gaza… bealtaine encourages us to find solace in nature’s renewal, to nurture hope for a better future and most importantly to take action and stand up for what we believe in 🍉 🇵🇸
