The fun begins! Deliveries arrived today. Were good to go from tomorrow!!

I'll make a short video soon to explain what exactly we will be doing but for now I'll try and write a brief. We will be catering for parties either in boxed form or as full setups. Menus will be tailored to your needs including "normal food", nut free, egg free, dsiry/lactose free, vegan etc.

We also provide pre-ordered foods which you can collect on an agreed day/time. These include pies, goujons, sodas, lasagne sauces, wheaten, soups, cakes, desserts and full dinners. Most foods can be made to suit different dietary requirements so everyone in your house can get delicious pre-prepared food with no need to cook different foods or shop around to accommodate everyone!!

Every time I write these words, I delete the whole thing and start again. I just cant find the right words to say what needs to be said. As of today simplicity will no longer be trading. Numerous reasons have resulted in this decision, one that has not been made lightly. Closing Simplicity will probably be the toughest and most life changing decisions we've ever had to make. We will never forget this crazy journey and the really great people we’ve met along the way but we just can't continue for health and personal reasons.
When we made our business plan for Simplicity over 3 years ago we never imagined that we would be opening at what was probably the worst time in modern day history. If anyone had have told us we'd be enduring a global pandemic, lockdowns, home schooling, food shortages, and price hikes like there have been none of us would have believed it. From loosing all our stock due to equipment failure on our opening night we have had more bad luck than most and no government help but we weathered the storm and built simplicity into something we were so very proud of.

There are too many people to thank individually but we would like to say a massive thank you to everyone who has supported us and our team who were a pleasure to work with and bacame such great friends, more like part of the family. We don't want to make more of any one person than another but we think Victoria deserves a special thanks as she was with us from Simplicity was just in the planning stages and through every hurdle we hit.

Thank you all again from the bottom of our hearts 💔

That's us back from our wee holiday. We had a lovely break but are looking forward to seeing you all tonight!

This weeks special is our ever popular sticky chilli chicken with chips. Unfortunately we have no potato dinner as prep time is limited.
