Hi Guys, we would like to thank all of you for the love and appreciation shown. We don't usually make these kind of posts as we've never had to. There are 4 years of the Crave Box, and it is still ran by 3-4 people. So we are still a small business. People that order with us regularly, they know that for all these years we tried our best to keep and maintain a high level of service and professionalism, but sometimes it is impossible as we are also humans and some people don't realise how dumb and unrealistic they sound. 😁 (Kill us now🤣) It's shocking that in 2024 you have to explain to some people that depending on your location/distance the Hot Food might not arrive "piping hot". But somehow we have managed in 4 years to get it to you still hot. (Correct me if I am wrong)
When you order food (either from a takeaway or Catering company) and travels in Platters condensation will happen and some items on your platter will naturally become softer 😉 We are always happy to come to a resolution with our customers if there is a justified and realistic reason to do so (but happily we didn't had to do it so far)
Another point is that we are always going above and beyond for our customers and make sure that everything is up to our expectation and to the customer before making it to the delivery point. We treat all our Customers the same. We do not change the size of Platters/Quantity just because we felt like it on the day. And also what is seen on the Platters is what you get. (Unless it's Charcuterie and it might vary, depening on availability of some products). If not, please correct me. We do not appreciate any type of sneakiness or people to try their luck with us. If we are late, which is very rare, you will be given a message with the estimate of our arrival. We apologise for any delays, however, we also have to factor in multiple things: Traffic, Road accidents, and the fact that you are ordering food..sometimes might take a bit longer😁
‼️Please do not take any of your mistakes or frustrations out on us 😊 We are more than happy to take on board any kind of feedback if it's realistic and justified. Also outline your concerns while we are with you or on the day, as we don't bite 😁 unless provoked 🤣 (joking) not a few days later. We will refuse to serve any customer that is being rude or cheeky 😊
