🚨 IMPORTANT COMMBALL INFO- PLEASE READ 🚨

Commerce Ball 2025 kicks off at 7:30pm in Killashee Hotel!
Dinner served at 8:30pm • Event ends 2:00am

🚌 BUS INFO

Boarding: 5:30pm at O’Reilly Carpark, UCD
(Check the second picture in the slide if you’re unsure!)

Departure: 5:45pm sharp

Bus tickets scanned on boarding

There will be ONE bathroom break on the way.
⏱️ 15 mins ONLY- buses will leave without you.
You are responsible for getting back on your bus.

🚫 ALCOHOL ON BUSES = NOT ALLOWED

Buses are strictly alcohol-free

Security will be patting people down + checking bags

Anyone caught bringing alcohol on risks being removed from transport
(No refunds, no exceptions.)

🏨 HOTEL ENTRY RULES

Hotel security will be enforcing their own ID & access policy:
To enter ANY hotel room or the function room you must:
1️⃣ Have a valid CommBall ticket
2️⃣ Be registered to the hotel room you’re staying in

If you’re not registered to a room, you can’t access guest areas.

🎟️ EVENT ENTRY

All CommBall tickets will be scanned at the door.
No valid ticket = no entry.

🍽️ DIETARY REQUIREMENTS

If you have any dietary requirements or need changes to your meal, you must email us in advance at [email protected] so we can inform the hotel.
No email = no guarantee your needs can be accommodated on the night

This needs to be done before 5pm on Saturday 15th November.

We know this is a lot- but it keeps everyone safe, insured, and guarantees the night runs smoothly.
