What a memorable St. Brigids night celebration we had this weekend in our little village. St. Perter's was full to rafters of visitors who were treated to John Spillane's very own brand of craic agus ceoil🎶. Thank you also to our beautiful story teller Caroline Busher who set us straight on some St. Brigid legends. Thank you to all those who supported our evening. It really was a fun experience for us all. All proceeds go towards the proposed purchase of the old school in Duncormick.

Just over a week to go to the St. Brigid's night concert in St. Peter's Church Duncormick. The concert is sold out and we'd like to thank you for your support. All funds will go towards the proposed purchase of the old school in Duncormick so it can be used as a community hub in the future.
So have your tickets at the ready on your phone or you can print them off alternatively from the email address provided to Eventbrite.
We hope that everyone enjoys this experience. Patrons are welcome to bring a cushion if they wish!!

This week we are proud to announce the first concert to be held in Duncormick for a long while.
On Feb 1st at 7:30, Duncormick Village Fund Committee , DVF ( formerly Duncormick Harvest Festival)will host a St. Brigid's night concert. The Village Fund has been established to fundraise for the purchase of the old school, previously as DHF we have funded the carpeting of the Church, painting of the church, contributed to the village walk way among other smaller items. The DVF committee support the Duncormick Area Action CLG in all their endeavours to improve the Village aesthetics and facilities. We are committed to including all those in our small community and extend help where it is needed.

Headlining on the night will be the very well know songwriter John Spillane from Co. Cork and also the unique setting will feature local Wexford man, storyteller and writer Joe Brennan. Both have appeared together before in far flung places and will regale us all with story , verse and song.
On Friday 31st John Spillane will visit the local schools in Rathangan and Danescastle to meet the children and share some tunes old and new.
Please spread the word and why not buy yourself and a friend a ticket to enjoy what will be a very special evening in St. Peter's Church of Ease.
