MAIN DUITIES

Hiring and training of new employees.

Liaising with kitchen ,bar ,floor staff to ensure customers receive a high standard of service.

Rostering and management of employees.

No weekends or bank holidays.. hrs 8am till 3:30 (2days)other 3days is (10:30 till 3:30 , experience in a similar role would be an advantage. Haccp level 4 if possible. Reference will be required.
