The details you've all been waiting for!! Very excited to bring back the Strongwoman Ireland League to 2025! We have three competitions catering towards Beginner and Novice level held across the country.

April 13 - Midlands Strength, Longford
June 22 - Pure Grit, Donegal
September 28 - Urban Barbell, Limerick .barbell

We have two tickets entry options available
- Early Bird which gives you entry to all three competitions
- Single entry which gives you entry to specific individual competitions

CATEGORY CRITERIA

Ideal for anyone who has not competed at a National level (i.e INSF Nationals, Ireland's Strongest Woman). If you have competed at a National event but feel you are at a beginner/novice level feel free to contact us. Decisions on these entries will be made on a case by case basis.

BEGINNER

- Less than 1 year training with intent
- Would struggle with Novice weights
- Competing would push you out of your comfort zone & challenge you

NOVICE

- Train but has not competed/competed at similar level (e.g INSF Battles comps)
- Would find some event weights challenging but manageable
