Eoin and Shanice have just got married at the Pillo Hotel Ashbourne . They lit beautiful remembrance candles for departed loved ones and did a sand ceremony with their three children . And we even had a bagpiper - thanks Joe weddingpipers.com!

If there was ever a day to try and spread some positivity, kindness and love in Dublin, today is the day. Yesterday's acts disgusted me (and I pray the victims of the attack make a full recovery) but this morning I asked myself, what can I do?

Well, it's simple enough for me. And I'd ask you to join me. Spread some kindness, let's show each other that last night does not define the people of Dublin. Say a real, eye-contacty "thank you" to the bus driver, the transport staff at the stations, the barrista. Say thank you to the Gardai, the firefighters, the healthcare workers for the work they do. Let people out if you're in your car, and maybe make today the day you do a random act of kindness. Buy a random person a coffee. Just be nice, decent, like 99.99% of people in this brilliant city.

Today i was in the Shamrock Lodge Hotel for the wedding of Irene and Gabriele . Gabriele’s family had travelled from Italy so we used an interpreter . The couple did a sweet ceremonny instead of a sand ceremony with their children and also a Yin and Yang element where they completed the circle in the painting . Thanks to Rebecca and the team at the hotel . Wishing the newlyweds a long life of health and happiness 💕

Our Celebrant was Fiona Wallace and from the very second we met her we felt at ease and had the best time working through our ceremony and what can be expected.Fiona was super professional but had great humour and her passion shone through with all the advice and guidance she gave us on our upcoming nuptials.

There was so much we didn’t even think about but with Fiona’s extensive experience she was able to compile an unforgettable ceremony, that not only we will never forget but for all the guests that attended our wedding. We’ve had so many of our friends and family say that it was one of the best weddings (including their own) they’ve ever been to which all began with the chapel service conducted by Fiona.

We laughed and we cried as it’s was truly one of the most amazing days of our lives, which all started when Fiona began the process of joining us both in marriage!From start to finish Fiona took time to get to know us, kept in touch until the very wedding day, guiding us and letting us know she was always a text/call away should we need her……which we did and Fiona was straight back to us to help with all our queries.We cannot recommend Fiona highly enough. She set the standard for what was one of the best days days we’ve ever had.Thanks you so much Fiona.
