I was delighted to win my category and thrilled to be representing the Mayo Branch come September at the National Conference & Business Woman Awards in the Lyrath Estate, Kilkenny.

Great news……. I am delighted to share that I have been shortlisted as a finalist in the Network Ireland Mayo Businesswoman of the Year Awards!
We are looking forward to the Gala Dinner and Awards Ceremony at the Breaffy House Hotel, Castlebar in early June.
Category winners on the night will be put forward to represent the Mayo branch at Network Ireland national awards level. 💚❤️🇮🇪

OMG…… WE WON !!

Ireland’s Best Event Caterer 2023.

We had the best night ever last night at the Virgin Media Business Gold Medal Awards at the Galmont Hotel, Galway.
We were thrilled to have seen off very stiff competition to scoop the Award of Best Event Catering company in all Ireland.

I am so proud of my little enterprise based in the West of Ireland competed and won on the national stage.
Sincere thanks to my wonderful staff, family, friends and of course my loyal customers.

This means soooo much to me.

As the saying goes, we haven’t had time to scratch ourselves 😂, thankfully it’s been crazy busy catering Christmas parties.
As the year draws to a close, I would like to take this opportunity to thank my hardworking staff for their efforts throughout the year. To all my customers, my team and I sincerely thank you for continued custom and wish you all a happy Christmas.
Claire’s Kitchen is closed for Christmas holidays from 22nd December to 2nd January.

Just announced today.

I am delighted to share that Claire’s Kitchen has been selected as finalists in the Virgin Media Business Gold Medal Awards for Best Food Catering Company All Ireland.

We are thrilled and honoured to shortlisted for such a prestigious accolade.

Now in its 34th year, the Gold Medal Awards are recognised as the leading independent awards programme for the Irish hospitality industry.
All entries were individually judged by industry experts, the Hotel & Catering Review Gold Medal Awards recognise and reward excellence in hospitality and catering operations across the island of Ireland.

The Awards Ceremony is set for the 30th January 2024 at the Galmont Hotel, Galway.

We are really looking forward to getting glammed up the big black tie event and fingers crossed, we will be announced winners on the night and bring the award back home to Mayo 💚❤️

We are delighted to be catering the Mayo Pink Ribbon Charity Cycle in Castlebar this weekend.
The annual cycle is Mayo Pick Ribbon’s main fundraising event for the National Breast Cancer Awareness Institute.

Claire’s Kitchen, Official Caterers for the President Biden Visit to Ballina

Hi All,

We are just catching our breath after what I could only describe as a hectic and surreal week.
We were delighted and honoured to be chosen as exclusive food caterer for the U.S President Biden visit to Ballina.
For security and operational reasons, the president’s itinerary was not widely publicised so we had to work fast behind the scenes in a short period of time to ensure we were prepared.
We were tasked with providing food service all day to the very large presidential entourage at the designated media centre, and Mary Robinson Centre.
The atmosphere was electric and thankfully everything went off without a hitch.

It was a wonderful experience and opportunity to be selected to cater to such a high profile internationally publicised event.
The cherry on top was additional separate catering’s for stage rigging crews working in the town on the run up to and following the visit. I can honestly say, nobody left Ballina hungry 😋. It was lovely to hear positive feedback tor the food and service.
To say we were busy was an understatement.
The Presidential visit has been great for our town overall bringing a welcome boost to local community as a whole and our business directly. Ballina was cast onto the world’s stage and will be fondly remembered in history for the welcome it extended to a sitting United States President and Claire’s Kitchen was part of it.

Of course I couldn’t have done it without my dedicated hard working staff with help from family members who stepped up to the plate and all pitched in. It was all hands on deck for sure. Their efficient can do attitude and teamwork carried us through, so well done and sincere thank you.

This one will be hard to top !
