So, I’m popping on here to say 👋🏻 and explain my absence ….. 🫥
For the past 9 months to a year, due to unexpected ongoing personal reasons, I was very much ‘out of action’ longer than anticipated. Many things needed to be dealt when our world opened up and my situation needed my full attention so it held me up and absorbed my time. All my pre Covid situations came at once and I felt my head was swirling and a bit out of control. Had to get this, that and the other, be here, there and everywhere, also I’m a Single mom so organising my wee man, with restrictions, potential cancellations to Covid and planning a Plan B, C, D was very much overwhelming.
Anyway, when they were dealt with, just March this year, the aftermath came; the realisation these situations that were hanging over my head for years were dealt with and were over. This took a while to wrap my head around …. I’m calling it Post Lockdown and Past Life Trauma 😅 … On a serious note, PTSD is serious and affects everyone differently. Be kind to yourself if your having a bit of a wobbly time.
Anyway, you may not know, I also work in the wedding industry and ever since our country opened up, while my own world was swirling, I was in on dated with enquires, couples panicking because their wedding day was within weeks; I had to get up to speed after being off for so long; designing and getting orders out to stressed couples and then also spending hours on the road traveling to work for the band I am in. (Are you exhausted reading this 😮💨 😅)
Thankfully, things have settled somewhat, feel I’m in a routine again, meeting demands and better prepared, for now. I’m moving house sometime soon 🥹 (rental crisis) but in the mean time, I am back mixing, sanding, sawing, creating also singing in a wedding band, designing booklets, unity candles, handfasting cords… my headspace is feeling good, I’m back on track.
I am processing a Flower Preservation backlog, I‘lol be in touch shortly.

If you are getting married, please BOOK IN ADVANCE. I’ve received 4 post wedding flower orders and one funeral flower order over the past week, another order of a week old flowers are still in transit….
I always leave room for funeral flowers for obvious reasons, but from now on Wedding Season 22 is flowing into October this year, which leaves me with a hectic schedule; getting post wedding flowers days after a wedding is putting me and my resources under unnecessary stress and also the rush to get them posted to me; answer your questions etc, all takes up a lot of my time.
I will be closing my studio end of JULY, so I will NOT be taking orders if they are not pre booked. It won’t be possible. If my location (doing the Ireland thing) works with you, I will do my best to fulfil as many orders as possible, ie bring my materials to dry your flowers but we have to organise logistics etc before hand and you need to be prepared to meet me. If you’ve come to me and not booked, sorry, it won’t be possible. 🫤
