Loco Land - Endgame. 🧨
The festival had unique offerings in the form its 10 Metre Marathon, Iron Stomach. Christmas Market and Sh*te Fortune Teller attractions. This was in conjunction with over 60 interactive character performers such as the Mayor of Loco Land, Big Baby and Thomas the Conga Engine who engaged directly with festival goers.
Loco Land was a sell out catering to 5,000 attendees. Its success has laid the foundations to create a bigger and better Loco Land for future years.

Loco Land - See it to Believe it. 💿
For Loco Land we wanted to create a sell out festival that sets itself apart from its competitors and leaves a lasting memory in the minds of festival goers.
Loco Land was host to all one would come to expect from a top quality festival including world class musical acts, a varied selection of food vendors and thrill rides to get the adrenaline pumping.
Accompanying this was our non-stop Bingo Loco marquee which saw queues out the door from start to finish.

Building upon the success of the Bingo Loco brand, Loco Land took that ethos of organised madness and expanded the concept into a fully fledged festival experience.
EXCLUSION ZONE - Tramline, Dublin ☂️
As the virus zombie horde rapidly increases the exclusion zone remains the last safe haven in the city...but is it as secure as the survivors have been led to believe?
We wanted to work closely with the client to produce a zombie outbreak themed Halloween party that utilised immersive actors to create unexpected moments for those in attendance.
We brought a truly unique to the client bespoke visuals, venue decor and cocktails were created by the team.
Working with a tight budget we were able to deliver on an experiential event that impressed the 200 staff in attendance.

Exclusion Zone - An all incluisve time 🗼
Broken up into two rooms our main DJ playing the main stage was accompanied by a plethora of special effects to mimic breaking down of the quarantine and its eventual breach.
Exclusion Zone - An all inclusive time 🗼ailable but to get their headset attendees first had to brave our blacked-out walkway which had some frightening surprises lying in wait.

Exclusion Zone - There ain't no party like a... 🧩
On entry, attendees were met with by our hazmat team who checked attendees for signs of infection and conducted decontamination procedures.
Throughout the venue the rest of our actors took up numerous roles throughout the night so as to keep attendees on their toes.
This included everything from our reporter on scene interviewing survivors to a zombie priest conducting mock weddings.

Jägermeister Sponsorship - Modern Problems, Modern Solutions 💎
Initially, a third-party promotions agency was utilised for brand activations with promo crews but we saw inefficiencies in this and later shifted to delivering this in-house which saw a 70% increase in bottle sales per activation and at a lower cost to the client.
This also allowed more comprehensive weekly reporting on the campaign’s progress with figures broken down per venue being sent back to the client for review.
With over 400 events during the campaign period venues saw an increase in their bottle sales.
The client renewed sponsorship for a second year giving us the opportunity to bring key learnings into 2020 as we deliver to even more people at the same price.

Jägermeister Sponsorship - Bottoms up ⛓
As part of Bingo Loco’s sponsorship deal with Jagermeister, Event Labs led the charge on brand exposure and deploying promo crews at various shows.
We aimed to to increase brand awareness at venues where Jager sales may have been historically low and provide a high rate of return to the client.

The Unreal Machine - When Life Gives you Lemons. 🍋
It was imperative that we made the activation as striking as possible since students are well accustomed to brands trying to grab their attention and will often put their blinkers on when passing.
This was achieved through using decoration that showcased it as a premium experience including a flashing neon sign that attracted attention no matter where it was viewed from. The incorporated sound system utilised a custom mix with a professional voice-over giving a call to action.
As soon as the flashing neon sign was turned on and the music started pumping we had a queue of eager students wanting to have a go at each location. In total, we saw over 350 original can designs created and sampled approximately 4,000 students.
The Unreal Machine - Unreal Creation, Unreal Locations, Unreal Time. 🔶
We aimed to create an unreal fabrication capable of allowing participants to design a can which on completion would then print a label that could be affixed to a can.
We were to oversee the implementation of the activation at each site ensuring we got as many competition entries as possible each day as well as carry out sampling to students and educating them on how they could enter the competition in their own time.
The vending machine fabrication proved a challenge as the process of design to print to labeling had to operate seamlessly so that we could deliver on a quality experience without interruption.
The Unreal Machine - Club Orange is the new Orange 🍊
As part of Club Orange’s ‘Make Our Can Unreal’ competition we held a series of activations giving students the tools necessary to easily create and submit their very own new can design.
This took place at 6 high footfall areas in college campuses across Ireland.
Our results were fruitful to say the least.

Sunset Sessions - Fun, Sun and Success. 🥂
We delivered on this vision through branded decor using natural materials, bespoke murals, working swing and free product sampling.
This was accompanied by live entertainment in the form of improvised sets from bongo and saxophone virtuosos as well as performances from hula hoop and fire performers.
Each of the events saw new customers directly engaging with the brand and creating a buzz around it through their social media postings.

Sunset Sessions - A Beach Paradise ☀️
We aimed to create a series of uniquely memorable evenings with a key focus on attendees enjoyment and incorporating visually distinct branded elements.
The client wanted to showcase the brand within the theme of life on a beach paradise. We were to create an “imperfectly perfect” setting that avoided having a negative environmental impact.
Our budget was maintained to allow for savings on the outlined costings to be put back into the branding elements. We aimed to do just that
Sunsets Sessions - A Five Venue Experience Across Ireland 🌇
Taking place across the world, the annual Sunsets Sessions celebrates the sunset as venues are completely transformed and attendees are able to sample the sounds of Summer with their friends.
We hosted five venues which reflected the brand throughout Ireland over a three week period.
What followed what worth the work.
The Brickies - Preparation, Ex*****on, Delivery 🧩
This event was a real showstopper with our giant rotating disco ball illuminating the whole room to dazzle attendees on entry. All the classic prom elements were covered including punch, the crowning of prom King and Queen and a balloon drop as everyone got up for the first dance.
To tie everything together, we designed a bespoke yearbook that was distributed post-event as a memento for each attendee to cherish.
We delivered in all aspects on an awards night that was truly one of a kind for the client. ⏰

The Brickies - Location, Trinity Sports Hall ⛓
Trinity's basketball courts aren’t necessarily designed to host corporate functions but we knew from the get-go the extra effort required to pull this off was worthwhile as the venue matched perfectly with the chosen theme.
The decor brought an added level of immersion such as the die cut school crests, custom-designed school posters based around the client and more balloons than you could shake a stick at! 🗼

The Brickies - An award ceremony that doesn’t take itself too seriously. 💎
For the past three years the client had been managing this event in-house but had decided it was time to relieve themselves of the stress that comes with such an undertaking.
Following a series of theme proposals from us, it was decided to go with an old-school American prom theme.
We wanted to create an authentic prom experience that visually pulled out all the stops. 🏀
