My calendar is starting to look very busy for the rest of the year and next. I have two counselling spaces available for biweekly sessions. Counselling is something I do for people over Zoom and in person. This is another rewarding part of my work.

It's funny how different skills are useful in other areas of the work do. This couple wanted a small play that included them taking part within their ceremony about how they met! It's something I've never done before, but it's a great idea for the more theatrical newly weds and great fun. Theatre actual derived from ceremony it all swings in roundabouts! 🥰❤️

Hello All, Here is one of the projects I've been working on over the lockdown...

As some of you know I wear a few different hats! And being an Interfaith Reverend is one that I hold very dear. A lot of people ask questions because they are unsure of what it is or what it means. So, I shall explain... Interfaith represents all faiths and none, it's a quilt if you will, with a patch for each belief that is all part of the one which also facilitates an open dialogue between each faith path. Growing up, I could never understand how we could all come from the same source, but also have so many rules and regulations about who could go into which church, who was and was not welcome to take part in different religious rituals, needing to convert to get married, not being able to marry the person you love if the same-sex, etc I feel it's so important to have a space that honours all beliefs, backgrounds and recognizes a spiritual connection between us all that is greater than anything ever spoken. I'm personally an agnostic and I have my own daily spiritual practice that is not connected to a particular faith path (maybe it's a combination of a few).

I have been working on The One Spirit Interfaith Ireland Website and logo over lockdown and I am pleased to say it is now LIVE. My wonderful colleagues and I are on the site, please take time to look through it if you have an interest? The logo, I feel represents who we are beautifully... "We have all come from the one root and through that root is our universal and never-ending connection that may branch off, but it's all still all part of the one".

This couple's wedding got canceled 3 times so these two love birds decided to get married at Dublin Airport with a little help from one of my beautiful colleagues Marie Claire Contino. It doesn't get more romantic than this! ♥️

The death of a loved one is a time of great sadness and sorrow. Losing some-one at any age is devastating and putting together an end of life ceremony can be particularly stressful. This is where I come in as an interfaith Minister, my wish is to honour your loved one’s personal beliefs, wishes, values, and traditions. Every ceremony should be as unique as the person that it is for but also done in a dignified manner that accommodates friends and family.

The family is encouraged to choose music, poems, reading and rituals that echo the personality and life of the departed.

It would be my privilege to compile a fitting ceremony that will be done with great mindfulness and care. I feel that it is very much my job to listen, to be present and supportive throughout the whole journey leading up to the funeral.

Where do I begin
The first step is to contact the Funeral Director and then the next step is to make contact with your chosen celebrant. Please feel free to get in touch with me, either by phone +353 (0) 858292571, email [email protected]. I am happy to travel to all counties. I will then meet with you and your family to arrange your loved ones end of life ceremony.

Counselling
If you are grieving the loss of a loved one and are struggling to come to terms with your loss? I am also a trained spiritual counsellor and I would be open to arranging a session over Zoom or Skype. Sometimes it’s easier to talk to some-one who is not related in any way. All sessions of course are completely confidential and as we are in very turbulent times at present, there is no cost for this counselling service.

A lot of ceremonies are getting rescheduled and are changing due to current circumstances, but venues and celebrants are being really flexible with any changes. I still have ceremonies that are going ahead towards the later part of the year and talking to couples about plans for 2021.
