Our Original classic dry style gin has a very clean and refreshing finish from using locally grown mint, cucumber and pear.

Our Pink gin has a delicate flavour of dried rose petal, this is an aromatic and perfumed gin with a distinctive pink hue and a light berry sweetness.

Our original classic dry style gin has a very clean and refreshing finish with flavours of green leaves, floral hints and mint that provide a warm and refreshing aftertaste which is distinctive and sweet.

Our Pink gin is a dry style gin with an abundance of juniper, raspberries and some dried rose petal. This is an aromatic and perfumed gin.

Bonac Spirits Co

We are a family distillery, set up by father and son, Michael and Gavin Clifford. Inspired by the craft drinks movement while living and working in the United States, they saw the opportunity to turn their passion for craft spirits into a family business. Their adventure to be different, they took inspiration from the bright and refreshing summers spent on Long Island to influence their gin. As such, it was only fitting to name it after the picturesque Accabonac Creek, where many evenings were spent with friends.
