Bonac Spirits Co

We are a family distillery, set up by father and son, Michael and Gavin Clifford. Inspired by the craft drinks movement while living and working in the United States, they saw the opportunity to turn their passion for craft spirits into a family business. Their adventure to be different, they took inspiration from the bright and refreshing summers spent on Long Island to influence their gin. As such, it was only fitting to name it after the picturesque Accabonac Creek, where many evenings were spent with friends.
