For all the garlic bread + cheese lovers out there ~ Garlic bread “flower” with baked camembert for dipping……..😌🧀 - - INGREDIENTS ~For the Dough 500g self raising flour 2 tsp sugar 2 tsp salt 1 tsp dried yeast 3 tbsp oil About 300ml warm water ~For the Garlic Butter 80g butter, melted 3 garlic cloves, crushed 2 tsp dried parsley or mixed herbs 2 tsp salt Camembert cheese METHOD 1. Place all dough ingredients, minus the water, in the bowl of a stand mixer. Mix on low speed and add water a little at a time until you get a smooth, soft dough (about 5 mins). 2. Cover with a tea towel and leave to rise in a warm place until doubled (30 mins-1 hr). 3. Once doubled, divide into 20 - 25 balls. Roll out into flat rounds then fold in half as shown to form the “petals”. 4. Arrange a ring of dough petals onto an oiled baking tray, overlapping them slightly. Put the camembert cheese – in its box but with the lid & plastic removed – in the middle of the tray. 5. Bake at 200°C for about 35-40 mins, or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is oozing. 6. Make the garlic butter by mixing all ingredients together. 7. In the final 5 mins of baking, brush 3/4 of the garlic butter mix onto the bread before returning to the oven. 8. Once golden, remove from oven and brush on the final bit of butter. 9. Set a small saucepan over low heat. Add all ingredients, except for the honey, and stir until combined. 2. Bring to a simmer, stirring occasionally for about 10 mins. 3. Stir in honey and remove from heat. 4. Layali Lubnan (Lebanese nights) – A delicious no-bake dessert delicately flavoured with orange blossom and soaked in sugar syrup 😍😍😍 - - INGREDIENTS -Base
8 cups whole milk 1 cup coarse semolina 1/2 cup sugar 3 tbsp orange blossoms water -Cream Topping 250ml double cream 1 tub mascarpone cheese 2 tbsp icing sugar Sugar syrup (made this by bringing 2 cups sugar and 1 cup water to the boil, then reducing heat to low and simmering for 5 mins) Crushed pistachios 
METHOD 1. In a pot over medium heat, bring all the base ingredients to boil, stirring occasionally. 2. Once mixture begins to boil, reduce the heat to low. Stir constantly until the mixture thickens (about 10 mins). 3. Spoon thickened mixture into a dish and leave to cool fully. 4. For the topping, whisk all topping ingredients together until thick and firm. 5. Once the the base has cooled, smooth on the cream topping. Allow to chill in the fridge until ready to serve. 6. 2 bananas, frozen
Handful of dates, pitted (I used about 10 dates)
½ tsp cinnamon
4 cups milk 1 tbsp honey (if needed) METHOD 1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth and creamy(add more milk if it is too thick or more honey if it’s not sweet enough) 2. Nice cream bowl 😍😍😍 the perfect breakfast topped off with fruit, coconut and chocolate chunks 🤤🤤🤤 - - INGREDIENTS 1 banana, chopped up and frozen 1 cup frozen mixed berries Splash of milk 1 tbsp honey METHOD 1- In a blender, mix frozen banana and frozen berries on high speed. 2- Add in around 2 tbsp of milk to get a smooth mixture (add more or less depending on how thick you want it). 3- Once all is blended and smooth, spoon out into a bowl and add toppings of choice.
