Nominations for the 2024 Lincoln Recruitment Specialists Irish Early Career Awards have now closed & we’re delighted to share that this year we received a record number of nominations!

Congratulations to all nominees, getting nominated for an Early Career Award - the largest national early career awards in Ireland - is an incredible testament to your hard work & dedication. A huge thank you to Jennifer Carroll MacNeill for making such a powerful speech at last night's Lincoln Recruitment Specialists Early Career Awards. Minister Carroll MacNeill told the packed room at Guinness Storehouse about how her passion for societal change drove her from a career in law to being the 1st female minister in the department of finance in 30 years.

In her speech Jennifer encouraged young professionals to "keep your world open, do things that are a little sideways because that's more interesting and just work incredibly hard, all the time, the world is fantastic, it's full of innovation and you're at the forefront of that".
