Flower pocket square for the win! 🙌🏻 ❤️ I LOVE these for a few reasons
1. They are so simple to use - no faffing around with pins *read note below‼️ 😉
2. Buttonholes tend to go a little limp and end up sideways from hugging and because they are often too heavy
3. They are so pretty - giving the opportunity to give the Groom something a little more fuller than the other men!
Note: Make sure the stitching on the men’s pockets are opened and check to see if they are deep enough to take the card as it might need trimmed. You don’t want to be faffing with this as you go out the door (or just hire me and I’ll look after that 😘)

Wedding Tip! I always feel sorry for the Wedding Cake, it just doesn’t get the exposure it deserves on the day of a Wedding! It is set up in a corner of the function room, gets it’s moment of fame for a few moments during the cake cutting and then that’s it, bam! It then gets cut & served for the evening.
What if it was sitting Centre stage during your drinks reception so that all your guests see it in all its glory and you do the official cake cutting once you arrive at the venue, in front of all your guests! It can then be served at the evening buffet as usual but everyone has had a chance to see it as the gorgeous creation it is!
This works even better if you are having your Ceremony & Reception in the same venue - you can cut it after the ceremony then serve during the drinks reception. Yum!

Part 1
This was the most glorious Donegal Day with an absolutely amazing Bridal Squad! Too much to pack into one reel so stay tuned for Part 2!! The gorgeous Anne Marie booked me for the day as her Wedding Day PA which involved me arriving to the house early, setting up my continental bubbly breakfast then steaming & sorting the dresses. Once that was taken care of it was up to me to ensure everyone was ready on time, bouquets dried out, fake tan fixed, Charms put on, button holes fixed and of course taken care of the last minute bridesmaid dress mishap just as we’re ready to leave the house 😅🙈 Once everyone is at the Church on time (and the guests finally get in their seats!) it was showtime for them and a cuppa for me. After the service I sorted the decor & flowers into trusted hands to go straight to the venue while I organized everyone to set off for photos. We had the most beautiful day in the most scenic part of Donegal & I certainly got the steps in running in & out of shot while fixing dresses, hair & the veil 😅
Then it’s keeping everyone on time to make sure we’re at the hotel in good time for dinner call. A hectic day but one of my absolute favourites!
