We come to you in our state of the art venue. Our Mercedes Sprinter contains four 48 inch Sony HD TV screens, complete with Sony sound bars and subwoofers in the seats. We have PS4, PS5, Playstation Move, Playstation VR all fully networked and a Nintendo Switch. For those fine weather days we can reveal a hidden 5th screen on the outside covered by an awning with a PS Pro for interactive gaming. T

Our Ts & Cs

PAYMENT POLICY: We require a non-refundable booking deposit of €50 to secure your selected date. We accept cash, bank transfers, Revolut and Paypal payments. There is an additional €2.50 transaction fee for payments through Paypal. Receipts can be issued on the day of your booking for all monies received. CANCELLATION/REFUND/RESCHEDULE POLICY: We understand that situations can change for people and so allow customers to change their party date once, when 4 weeks notice is given. Cancellation of a party must be submitted in writing and results in a loss of deposit. Vantastic Gaming reserves the right to cancel, reschedule or delay any booking where forced to do so by circumstances beyond our control, such as serious illness, severe weather conditions or any other circumstances which would risk the safety of you, your guests, our staff and/or equipment. The side screen and canopy can not be opened in some weather conditions, this will be at the discretion of the staff on the day. FOOD/DRINK: Vantastic Gaming does not allow any food or drinks into the van. There is also a no smoking policy. MEDIA RIGHTS: We will take photographs and videos for social media and our website for marketing. If you do not agree to this, please let us know. DAMAGE/INJURY/SAFETY: In the event of damage to our equipment or van that is seen as vandalism or as a result of inappropriate behaviour, we will charge the event organiser the full price to repair or replace the equipment. Any damage or wear and tear, must be reported to a member of staff. All liability for damages or injuries are the sole responsibility of the event organiser. We have a zero tolerance policy to any bad language or threatening behaviour to our team or other guests at the event. We reserve the right to end the session immediately if required. If this happens, no refund will be given. LIABILITY: In situations beyond our control such as road works or bad traffic etc, an alternative date will be offered. The event organiser must remain in the location throughout the event. Staff follow our child protection policy. We can not cater for children under 6. In the unlikely event of a major technical issue with our van, an alternative date will be offered. In the event of minor technical difficulties, additional time will be offered in lieu.
