Released on November 1st in 1967, Love’s third album Forever Changes with the original lineup, even after all these years, this is one of the greatest albums ever recorded, Arthur Lee changed the sound and the formula from the first two albums, in came a subtler folk oriented sound, acoustic guitars, orchestration and mariachi horns, obviously influenced by Dylan as his songs take on darker themes and addresses his disillusionment with the counterculture, in my top ten albums of all time…
