Book A Ball was established in 2011 as a means of helping clubs and societies in Universities and Colleges to book their annual society ball. We will meet with your society committee to discuss your requirements in detail. Once you've chosen your preferred venue from one of our top hotel partners we will negotiate with this hotel in order to get you the best deal possible. All in all we endeavour

to provide all the necessary elements that will make your event a night to remember for you and your colleagues. We have a list of preferred venues and hotels in our portfolio that will suit your numbers, and ensure that you are guaranteed the best value, service and assistance, from the initial enquiry to the event date. We will work with you and liaise with the hotel from the negotiation stage of the contract to the event date. From complimentary bedrooms on the night for the committee, spot prizes, and a complimentary bar extension we will guarantee that you will not secure a better package with any hotel or venue. We can also secure competitively priced coach hire, photographers and any extras that you may require. By using Book a Ball, you are guaranteed the experience of dealing with someone whom work in the hospitality sector and has experience of booking events on behalf of Universities and colleges in the past. A personal service – we will arrange for one of our sales team to meet you in person and work with you on achieving an excellent venue in line with your budget requirements.
