Just a note to say, wow!! The band were fantastic beyond any expectation we might have had.
First off...the food delivery overran terribly and we were over an hour late for the band to start. They had been ready to go, but put us at our ease not to worry etc. They ended up starting around 22.20, and played for nearly 3 hours with just a short break, and in a very hot room. They played brilliantly, and engaged and had fun with the audience, made us all feel special. And the music was absolutely fabulous. Everything we could have hoped for and more. My 90 year old aunt danced with her husband for the first time in a decade...then we had lots of fun with the keyboard player Doc who became DJ, who mixed with the crowd, allowed the younger folks to have fun with the mic...what a lovely guy...
If the band ever need a reference or someone to vouch for them, don’t hesitate to call me. They were the best and made the event for us, we can’t thank them enough. Really well done!!
