Last week we had the pleasure of taking care of 120 delegates from Glanbia. We customised a superb Team Building Event which had the teams navigating through the beautiful Killarney National Park both on foot and bike. Teams took on a wide range of challenges throughout the park and the Kingdoms weather played a blinder too.

Building a Support Network Through taking part in the Talking Depression campaign, I have been reflecting on how I struggled with my depression over the years but also on the things that have helped me too. Staying connected and being open and honest about my depression with those closest to me has helped me greatly. Even today, having a strong support network of family and friends is something I don't take for granted. To help support people on their journey Janssen have created a collection of helpful resources with practical advice on attending appointments, treatment options, building a support network and understanding the journey of living with Depression.
