Shamrock Smokers are based in the Garden County of Ireland - County Wicklow (a stones throw from Dublin) We are continuing the long and ancient tradition of adding flavour and longevity to products through smoke. Using locally sourced woods and peat we strive to do justice to the fine produce of this land. Ireland is blessed with a climate that allows fresh grass to be available to live stock pre

tty much all year round. As a result our products, (not only meat) some might argue are the best in the world! I know we are bit bias but when you take the opportunity to sample you will not be disappointed. Our goal is to act as a promotor and adding value to Irish products through open fired cooking and traditional smoking. (suggestions welcome)
