HELLO ALL MY FABULOUS CUSTOMERS👋
I was craving “ Galty Valley Fries” all week so I decided to a little menu development/ ( planning ahead for the new season) and I came up with this new dish ; “FIRECRACKER BEEF BRISKET” omg it was Yum!!
Hanleys Beef Brisket, slow cooked over night, pulled and put back into the cooking juices after discarding the fat and then served on our fab Galty Valley Fry’s.
It was sweet from the caramelised red onion and a little Treacle gave it a real depth of flavours of rich caramel, the warm spices and a little bit of chilli made me think “FIRECRACKER” finished off with a fresh coriander and cooling sour cream.
Imagine that on our lovely fries❤️🥂👌💃

HELLO MITCHELSTOWN 👋
The Food Truck will open tomorrow at 3 until 7.30 at dexys_bar, Main Street Mitchelstown, for the last Sunday this year.

*I will have my Gift vouchers on board/what better than the gift of food this Christmas.

*A gift from me to you!! - a little jar of our “ home made( not made yet🤪😆) cranberry sauce for all /while stocks last.

* I have Pork in the oven for the night, in the morning I will pull/shred it, and put it back into the cooking juices ( without the fat) and we will serve this on our Galty Valley fries with onions and BBQ sauce .

*We will have the best Christmas burger you will ever eat / “4oz Turkey burger, crispy Ham and All Butter, sage and onion stuffing , all in warm Brioche with our Christmas relish.

*I will have our speciality Fries with melting Brie, candied pecan , home made cranberry sauce and fresh Thyme.

* I will have our home made chicken goujons, fries and chilli mayo

*Foot long Hodgins Sausages , caramelised onion, Xmas relish in crusty sourdough with fries.

Candle light dinner for two at this lovely peaceful , cosy, warm Airbnb lodge on the Galtee mountain near Skeheenarinky - amazing prize for my recent competition , enjoyed immensely by the lovely Liz Cotter and Marcella Lenihan .
On the menu was;

- queen scallops in blankets.

- Tomahawk , well aged at o Dwyers butcher, Cashel all of 30 ounces, cooked medium rare served with colcannon, ballyhouramountainmushrooms, onion and glazed vegetables with Brandy sauce on the sided.

O'Callaghan's Café and Delicatessen ice cream with yummy
valentiaislandvermouth.

Glad to say but the The Galty Valley Lodge is fully booked until Valentines weekend -

Looking forward to doing candle light dinner again and over night stay for 4. Anyone interested ?????

Looking forward to your Christmas Market on this Sunday, 1st of Dec.

We will be serving our gorgeous Christmas burger; 5 oz turkey Patties, crispy ham, sage,onion and butter stuffing, in warm brioche with our lovely Christmas relish or cranberry sauce .

Had the pleasure of meeting this amazing man, Neven Maguire while making a delivery of my lovely galty_valley Christmas Relish while he was filming his new Christmas series at the lovely cashelpalace -he created a bit of a stir around the town of Cashel😁
