בוקר עצוב מאוד במשרדנו,

אורלי ג׳רבי, שותפה בכירה וראשת מחלקת דיני עבודה אצלנו בהרצוג, נפטרה אמש והותירה אותנו המומים וכואבים.

אורלי, אשר החלה את דרכה אצלנו לפני כמעט 30 שנה כמתמחה וטיפסה בהתמדה עד שהקימה בכוחות עצמה את מחלקת דיני עבודה, הייתה מודל לחיקוי לכל העובדות והעובדים שלנו - דמות חזקה לשאוב ממנה השראה ולהיצמד לתכונותיה הבולטות, כמו מנהיגות, חריצות, כריזמה ולב רחב. לצד הקריירה המדהימה, אורלי הקימה משפחה למופת.

אורלי השאירה חותם עצום במשרד ובליבנו. אנחנו עוד מתקשים לעכל את הבשורה אך יודעים ללא צל של ספק שנמשיך לטפח את המורשת האדירה שלה עוד שנים רבות.

ברצוננו למסור את תנחומינו למשפחה. לאלון, בעלה המסור, ולילדיהם הנפלאים, עידו, נועה ויעל.

We were honored to have the privilege of producing the 9th Annual Israeli American Council - IAC National Summit in Washington, D.C. This historic event brought together key influencers, leaders, and visionaries from the Israeli-American community. In a year of immense complexity and challenges, it was crucial to unite and reflect on our collective future. 🇮🇱🇺🇸

Months of passionate preparation by both OTD Global Israel and OTD Global USA culminated in three remarkable days filled with insightful discussions and powerful keynote speeches from distinguished voices. From inspiring panels on combating antisemitism and Jewish innovation to emotional tributes for the victims of the October 7th attacks, this summit was a moment in history. The 45th President of the United States, Donald Trump, delivered heartfelt words of support for Israel, leaving a profound impact on all in attendance.

A special thank you to the incredible production team, led by OTD Global, and to the dedicated steering committee: content - Shilo Gallay Maayan Ben Baruch, Design- Shlomi Ilani, Reut Brand LEAD by Dor Aichner and Omer Israeli Photography team, Apex Media Crew and Eclipse media . WalkMeBurn was more than an event—it was a celebration of creativity and community, inspired by the spirit of Burning Man. Despite the challenges and uncertainty, we pushed forward, driven by a desire to offer a much-needed escape for the soul. As WalkMe’s CEO Dan said, "Moments like this are rare, when vision becomes a reality. We didn’t just build a city in the desert, we brought a dream to life, and for a brief moment, the world felt like pure magic." This gathering symbolized hope, resilience, and the magic we all seek those days.

Some moments feel larger than life. We had the honor of being part of EL AL’s Spirit Team, who came to the Paralympic Games in Paris to cheer on our incredible athletes. We got to know them, share their excitement, sing ‘Hatikvah’ with pride, and wave the Israeli flag as high as we could!

A big thank you to our amazing athletes, the fantastic 5 Spirit Teams, and EL AL for choosing us to bring this unforgettable experience to life.
It was a true privilege.!
