Chef Avi has been cooking for over 20 years.
His love for food took an unexpected turn 13 years ago when he was diagnosed with celiac disease. When his 4 children were also diagnosed it was very traumatic for his kids at first. Avi decided that his kids would not suffer the fate of a limited menu! It was time to create all the foods his kids loved BUT make them gluten free. It took five years of developing recipes and working on getting all of the ingredients certified gluten free. All of Avis work can be enjoyed by anyone now.
Avi now offers exclusively Gluten Free Catering in Israel for his clients. He especially enjoys Bar and Bat Mitzvas. Seeing kids that are gluten freee njoying their own simcha that is TOTALLY gluten free, brings an overwhelming joy to Avi and his team.
