Rao’s Yuva Academy headed by Taekwondo Master Shreepada R Rao was started in the year 2012, with the vision to train Martial Arts to the Rural Kids of belagavi with the name as ‘Kakati Taekwondo Sports Academy’, as of today it has grown and established itself as a vast academy in Karnataka. Since the establishment of the academy, many of our Taekwondo athletes have participated and were held victo

rious in the various District Level, State Level and National Level Taekwondo Championships. Our athletes have also bagged medals at CBSE South Zone and National Championships. Not only kids our adult trainees have also won University Blue Colours.

The Taekwondo Belt Promotion Test was successfully conducted at Sanjay Ghodawat International School, Belagavi, under the guidance of Taekwondo Master Rao. Students attempted various belt levels, and Taekwondo Coach Vaibhav R Patil served as the Chief Examiner. The results are eagerly awaited, and the participants were motivated by Taekwondo Master Shreepada R. Rao for their future performances.

राव युवा अकादमी आणि बेळगाव जिल्हा तायक्वांदो संस्था ® यांच्या संयुक्त विद्यमाने ०५ जानेवारी २०२४ रोजी संजय घोडावत इंटरनॅशनल स्कूल, बेळगाव येथे तायक्वांदो कलर बेल्ट पदोन्नती चाचणी यशस्वीरित्या पार पडली.

या बेल्ट प्रमोशन टेस्टमध्ये संजय घोडावत शाळेच्या अथर्व मांगले, रुपल रेवणकर आणि अवनीश गडदे या विद्यार्थ्यांनी पाचव्या ग्युप (ग्रीन-वन) बेल्टसाठी प्रयत्न केले, तर अवनी धोंगडी आणि अर्जुन गडदे यांनी सहाव्या ग्युप (ग्रीन) बेल्ट साठी प्रयत्न केले, तसेच उर्वरित विद्यार्थी आरुष हंजे, प्रेम यादव, अद्विक बागी, अन्वी बागी, रोनक उपासी, सानवी वासोजी, आर्या हंजे, दीप पाटील, ओविया चौधरी, रुग्वेद पाटील, निशिका पात्रा, श्रीयांस न्यामगौड, सोयरा पी घाडी, कनिशा जैन, हर्ष वैष्णव, समृद्धी नवी, श्रेया गलतगीमठ, सानवी वागुकर, अनिका मुनावल्ली, आराध्या वेर्णेकर, अद्विका मांगले, तन्वी इनुकुर्ती, सहिती इनुकुर्ती, इशान पाटील, झारा पीरजादे, आरुष पिसे आणि स्फूर्ती टाळुकर यांनी आठव्या ग्युप (यलो) बेल्ट साठी प्रयत्न केले.

बेळगाव जिल्हा तायक्वांदो असोसिएशनचे खजिनदार तायक्वांदो प्रशिक्षक वैभव आर पाटील, यांची मुख्य परीक्षक म्हणून नियुक्ती करण्यात आली होती, तायक्वांदो प्रशिक्षक स्वप्नील आर. पाटील आणि प्राचार्य श्री सॅमसन गोन्साल्विस या चाचणीला उपस्थित होते. चाचणी दरम्यान तायक्वांदो मास्टर श्रीपाद आर. राव, आंतरराष्ट्रीय तायक्वांदो प्रशिक्षक आणि पंच, यांच्याशी संवाद साधण्यासाठी सर्व विद्यार्थी उत्सुक होते आणि त्यांनी आगामी काळात आणखी चांगली कामगिरी करण्यासाठी सर्व खेळाडूंना प्रेरित केले. कलर बेल्ट पदोन्नती चाचणीच्या निकालांची सर्व खेळाडूंना प्रतीक्षा आहे.

TAEKWONDO BELT PROMOTION TEST CONDUCTED SUCCESSFULLY at Sanjay Ghodawat International School Belagavi.

Taekwondo Colour Belt Promotion test was conducted successfully at Sanjay Ghodawat International School, Belagavi on 05th Jan 2023 under the aegis of Rao's Yuva Academy .in & Belagavi District Taekwondo Association® .dta

In the said Belt Promotion Test students of SGIS, Belagavi Atharva Mangale, Rupal Revankar and Avaneesh Gadade attempted for 5th Geup (Green-I) Belt) while Avani Dhongadi and Arjun Gadade attempted for 6th Geup (Green Belt), while rest of the students Arush Hanje, Prem Yadav, Advik Bagi, Anvi Bagi, Ronak Upasi, Saanvi S. Vasoji, Arya Hanje, Deep S. Patil, Oviya D. Choudhari, Rugved R. Patil, Nishika B. Patra, Shriyans R. Nyamgoud, Soyra P. Ghadi, Kanisha A. Jain, Harsh J. Vaishnav, Samruddhi B. Navi, Shreya M. Galatagimath, Saanvi G. Wagukar, Anika K. Munavalli, Aaradhya S. Vernekar, Advika A. Mangale, Tanvi S. Inkurti, Sahiti S. Inkurti, Ishan S. Patil, Zaara B. Peerjade, Aarush Pise and Spoorthi V. Talukar attempted for 8th Geup (Yellow Belt).

Taekwondo Coach Vaibhav R Patil, Treasurer of Belagavi District Taekwondo Association was deputed as the CHIEF EXAMINER, Taekwondo Coach Swapnil R. Patil & Principal Shri Samson Gonsalves were present at the test. All the students were excited to interact with TAEKWONDO MASTER SHREEPADA R. RAO, International Taekwondo Coach & Referee (Tr.) during the Test and were motivated by him to perform better in coming days.
Results of the BPT are awaited.

Rao’s Yuva Academy headed by Taekwondo Master Shreepada R Rao was started in the year 2012, with the vision to train Martial Arts to the Rural Kids of belagavi with the name as ‘Kakati Taekwondo Sports Academy’, as of today it has grown and established itself as a vast academy which has its units spread over 5 major districts of Karnataka (Belagavi, Udupi, Vijayapura, Bagalkote, Bengaluru).

Over the years the academy has seen many changes in its administration and branding, the academy was previously known by the following names. a) Kakati Taekwondo Sports Academy. (Oct 2012- Nov 2013) b) Sai Taekwondo Institute. (Nov 2013 - Jan 2014) c) Belgaum Taekwondo Academy. (Jan 2014 - Aug 2014) d) Belagavi Taekwondo Institutions. (Aug 2014 - Feb - 2016) e) Yuva Sports Institution. (Feb 2016 - Dec 2018) f) Rao’s Yuva Academy. (Jan 2019 - Till Date)

Since the establishment of the academy, many of our Taekwondo athletes have participated and were held victorious in the various District Level, State Level and National Level Taekwondo Championships. Our athletes have also bagged medals at CBSE South Zone and National Championships. Not only kids our adult trainees have also won Inter colleges Taekwondo Championship and stand as University Blue Champions.

As our visionary leader Taekwondo Master Rao believes that although perfection is unattainable, one must always chase it as in turn it will help an individual to find excellence, hence we are always in pursuit of excellence.
