Nisham and his family were well known for their famous Asli (real) wedding biriyani. Relatives and friends would come all the way to eat this traditional firewood-cooked biriyani because of its delicacy. They started with a passion to cook for all their family occasions and later decided to bring it to the public in the name of NISHAM CATERERS. Going back to the nostalgic moments of the year 1960’
s they started with a small Non-Vegetarian hotel named Mubarak and then slowly opened Bharath Café a vegetarian hotel. Running these successful hotels gave them a motivated drive which led them to think about wedding-style biriyani. The Biriyani they make is filled with aromas & flavors using world-class ingredients, including the most premium basmati rice, LAL Qilla since 1982, spices handpicked, and the most rigorously selected meats & vegetables for its Biryanis. They use the best quality groundnut oil and firewood cooking to give premium quality, standardization, and hygiene.
