Our services: The services offered at Good Samaritan are specifically designed to meet the needs of clients ranging from Corporations and Event Planners to Brides in at least three key areas.
1) Packages for planning events such as weddings/receptions, engagement ceremonies, baptisms, birthday parties, and corporate events are customised based on client needs and desires. Packages may include:
consultations – by face to face, phone & e-mail
creating a design and concept for the event and a custom budget
venue selection
printing invitations, orders of service, information/visiting cards etc. assistance with selection and booking of service providers such as rental companies, sound systems, lighting, space planning, stage set-up, guests/audience seating and entertainment
confirming all suppliers the week of the event
overseeing deliveries of rental items the day before the wedding
coordination of set up on event day
overseeing the event itself, mostly until the last guests have departed
attending to post-event matters such as clean up, collection of rented items, and breakdown of all the final costs are characteristic of most packages.
2) For those who want to plan their own event but need a stylist to oversee the design details of the event, packages are available for styling and design of the event, again based on client needs and desires. Working with the client’s theme and colour, we offer quality and affordable venue decoration that leaves a lasting impression. Venue decoration may include items such as:
chair covers and sashes
table centrepieces
table skirting
exquisite bridal backdrops
ceiling draping with fairylights
showcasing event name or the names of the bride & groom
high quality natural flowers and/or bouquets
3) Packages are also available for those who want to organise and style their own event, but capture memories using the specialised photography and videography services offered at Good Samaritan.
