This cake was absolutely exciting!! I like working with fondant but I just feels it’s too much for children to be eating. So when they asked me for a whipped cream cake with lego figurines, I was happy!
Layers of vanilla sponge cake with decadent dark chocolate filling covered with vanilla whipped cream. Made the tiny Lego pieces and the smiley face with fondant.

It was my closest pal’s birthday and I HAD to make something special for her. Years ago I made a triple chocolate mousse cake for my Boo and she loved it. So I wanted to bake the same. Unfortunately I didn’t have all the ingredients. My next option was to bake a cheesecake. As I really didn’t wanna make the cliché fruity cheesecake, I tried the baked chocolate one.
Honestly, even I wasn’t so sure if it would work, but it was delish!!
So glad I tried it and it’s my top favourite now!!

Throwback Thursday!!
All about LOVE💜💜💜!!
I started baking very young and I have never tried icing a cake. My brother and many friends used to enjoy what I baked despite my failed attempts of several recipes!
9 years ago it was nerve wrecking trying to get shapes and designs right! 2012 December was when my aunt placed an order for a batch of 30 brownies to be baked and packed in customised ceramic dishes for the New Years distribution to very influential people! It was and will remain the most challenging order ever!! With very little details about baking and absolutely no knowledge about whipped cream I remember my aunt and i frantically whipped a big frozen block of cream and giving up a few times before we figured how to use it!! Somehow I pulled it off and was just too excited. Slowly I took orders confidently with her and boo encouraging me by spreading the word and supporting me! All thanks to my first few customers .krishna and a few others who didn’t really care about how it looked but trusted my ability to make it palatable!!
I couldn’t have come this far without them!!
Thanks to and now for the instant access we have to refer to designs and ideas!!
I am still an amateur and I have so much to learn, but I would have never even ventured out this much but for people who believe and trust in me!
I rarely took pictures of things I made and get very excited when I spot a few old ones!!
We’ll it’s all about love and here’s me giving out all the love to my friends and family!!
