MYKA partnered with CIPLA USA for their on ground Event in New York USA and helped design & execute the Annual Achievers' Awards, North America.

The scope included venue scouting and finalisation, local supplier management, overall show running and complete event content creation.

We are proud to announce that team MYKA once again delivered a flawless and precise event. As always, our biggest reward is a delighted client.

We at MYKA are proud to announce that The Silver Jubilee event for National Lubricating Grease Institute - India Chapter was a tremendous success.

MYKA won the mandate to conceptualise, design & execute this 3 day residential event at the Grand Hyatt, Gurugram. The scope also included planning, designing & executing the exhibition arena with over 40 stalls, including several customised booths.

The event was inaugurated by H.E Shri HS Puri, Minister of Petroleum and Natural Gas and Minister of Housing and Urban Affairs, Government of India.

The event was attended by over 400 delegates from within India & across the globe. MYKA also managed the ground logistics including ground transportation & registration for all the delegates.

There were several high points throughout the 3 days with Plenary sessions, Technical Sessions, Awards & Cultural evenings, all culminating with a high energy Holi Celebration to mark the closing of the NLGI Silver Jubilee Event.

MYKA partnered with Air Liquide Engineering & Construction for their family day event, in December '22
The event had lots of fun activities for everyone, including Interactive Games, lots of Selfie Zones, Disney Characters, Toddlers Zone, High Energy Internal Performances & Mini Olympics with Fun Races & Contests. Overall, a fun & engaging event for the entire family which enabled the employees and families to bond with each other and make some great memories.

I've said it in the past, and I'll say it again... We all work hard for a living but one of our greatest joys is when we delight our clients and get applauded & recognised for all the sweat & toil.

Today was one such moment. After relentless hours of planning, check lists, timelines, deadlines, meetings, calls, briefings, de-briefings, the list can go on and on and on, another milestone was achieved in our fairly illustrious list of events with Honeywell, one of our top clients and a relationship that's been growing as the years pass by.

Team MYKA designed & produced a day long Virtual Partners Conference & Awards for Honeywell. Being a 100% live chroma event (Live streaming from a green screen environment), we ensured every little detail was planned to the T. We are mighty proud of our efforts and would like to thank our client, Honeywell, for believing in team MYKA as always and giving us the opportunity to manage this very challenging event.

We would also like to thank all our partners and extended team members for the ownership demonstrated, and the passion that each one exhibited over the past 2 weeks to ensure our single minded goal was achieved.... Which is, as always... Delighting our clients.
