Terms and Conditions

1. An advance of 75% of the tota

l quoted amount should be paid at the time of booking the order along with the confirmation letter.

2. The balance 25% should be paid before the start of the event.

3. Service Tax will be charged on all events and services provided as per Government rates in force at the time of raising the Invoice.

4. All payments should be made in favour of jain events

5. Apart from the quoted facilities, any extra facilities provided at the time of the event will be charged according to the existing market rates

6. jain events responsibility is limited to organising and conducting the event alone. In case of any accidents or casualties, no claims can be made against the company

7. If the event is cancelled due to any reasons, a cancellation fee of 50% will be charged

8. Any damage to our properties will be charged according to the present market rates.

9. In case of any natural calamity or disaster at the time of the event, the full amount will be charged.

10. In case of riots, bandhs or any other reason the event is stalled or cancelled the full amount will be charged
