On World Cancer Day, we honor those affected by Cancer, and attempt to spread awareness about the same.
Here are a few simple methods for preventing cancer:
1. Track your general health. A wholesome diet and consistent physical activity may assist with prevent not only cancer but also a variety of other disorders.
2. Avoid or restrict smoking and alcohol consumption.
3. Avoid and manage stress levels. Overactive stress hormones can accelerate the growth of malignant cells.
4. Be conscious of any odd sensations in your body, such as increased nighttime sweating, unexplained bruises, or shortness of breath. If you have any of these symptoms, request a checkup. In the event of a diagnosis, consult a doctor immediately.
