Words are not enough to express how saddened we are at the demise of our friend Bishikanta Thounaojam. He had been a kind and supportive artist since the beginning of Extreme Entertainment too. His absence will forever remain a void in the Imphal independent music scene. Rest in peace, brother. You will be missed 🌸

We the team of Extreme Entertainment deeply mourns the sad demise of Padma Shri Wareppa Naba, renowned theatre and Shumang Leela personality of Manipur.

The great playwright is no more in our midst, but we will always cherish and gratefully remember his immense contributions to Shumang Leela.

May his soul rest in eternal peace.

Chasing Proxima is an Imphal based progressive metal band formed in 2018. The band is influenced by Tesseract, Periphery, Architects, Spirit Box and other modern progressive metal bands. The band has performed at various shows held in the state. They have been a finalist twice in Shirock.

Recently they opened for the MIGHTY LINKIN PARK TRIBUTE BAND "HYBRID THEORY".

The Wishess formed in the year 2010, initially just searching for their sound they experimented a lot through the years, sharing ideas and different thoughts they touched almost every style of music they possibly could. The perks of being in a group is that not all minds think alike, their differences and common interests both combined finally led to the band releasing their debut album 9 years later in 2019 followed by two singles and even two instrumentals called “Swaying with the clouds” and “Twilight Flavours”.

The years have been good to the band, learning as they go, they’ve opened for American legends Steelheart and shared the stage with other great bands like Queensryche, When Chai Met Toast, Soulmate, Retrospect (Thailand) to name a few. They have gotten their songs aired in radio stations in the UK and the USA countless times as well. But this does not put a stop to experimentation and creativity, they still are keen learners and there is no limit to ones imagination so you never know what they might come up with in the future, so buckle up and witness The Wishess experience soon.

SANAHiDAK is a folk and fusion band based in Imphal, Manipur. They have so far released four music videos and the music video of “Sanashi Sanashi” achieved the 1st position in Tantha Top 10.

The band is currently preparing to release a mini album consisting of 6 songs.

Shei-huum introduced themselves for the first time with their debut single "Cheklagum" that crossed 2M+ views on YouTube & 1M+ streams on Spotify since it's released in October 2020. The band has been performing on many plateforms across Imphal and is still on the rise as one of more popular bands in Manipur.

Their 2nd single "Tariba Nongju" dropped on June 21st 2021, followes by "Apaiba Leichil" as the 3rd studio single which was released in October 2021.

Incepted in the year 2017, Innocent Eyes is a hard rock band from Imphal, Manipur. Mostly influenced by rock music from the 80s and 90s, they had their first stage performance at SHIROCK 2017, and released their first debut song 'Lapthokhro' back in January, 2019.
The craftsman behind this band includes: Raj Ayekpam (Vocalist), Deenesh Saikhom (Drummer), Ronald Khumanthem (Guitarist), Nonglen Athokpam (Guitarist), Kishan Thokchom (Bass guitarist) and KT
Takhellambam (Keyboardist).
The band has been recognized with numerous achievements, including Winner of Northeast Multimedia Campaign 2020, Winner of Red Ribbon Manipur Idol 2019, Winner of Sangai Festa 2018, Best Vocalist Sangai Festa 2018. Innocent Eyes has also been awarded with Best vocalist of SHIROCK for three consecutive years, vis-a-vis 2017, 2018 and 2019. Their self-produced music, known for its uniqueness and authenticity, has been continuing to win popularity among people.
