Guwahati Morning Walkers in collaboration with the Gauhati Artists' Guild organized an event titled 'A Fantasy- Fagun and Luit'🌾🌅 on the river side at Uzanbazar, Guwahati on Feb 21.
Painters, poets, photographers, singers and people made a unique confluence to simply behold the beauty of nature and to ponder about it. The event electrified the morning hours at the Sati Radhika Shaanti Udyan, creating a carnival atmosphere.🌿
Eminent sculptor-painter Mr. Biren Singha inaugurated the event by delivering a brief speech. And retired GM Mr. Ajit Kumar Mahanta delivering inaugural speech on behalf of Morning Walkers and former Bureaucrat Mr. Sanjib Gohain Baruah introduced the participating artists to the gathering. The program was anchored by cultural activist and writer Mr. Satyaki D'com Bhuyan.
Noted poet Mr. Anis-uz-Zaman, Mrs. Nilima Thakuria Haque, singer Mrs. Sangita Kakati, Mr. Sanjit Phukon and Mr. Rupmoi Baruah make the biggest impact to the event in sync with the theme of the program.🍂
The successful event was organised by some eminent members on behalf of the 'Morning Walkers'.
This unique colorful event is none other than a sheer attempt to convey peace🕊️, prosperity🙌, and colour🌼🌺 through artistic creation by relishing the magic of nature by the river bank of the Brahmaputra.
