📍 Neriamangalam Bridge . . . This bridge is known as the "Gateway to the High Ranges" because it's on the way to the higher regions of Idukki district, particularly Munnar. The bridge was built in 1935 by the Maharaja of Travancore and crosses the Periyar River, connecting the Ernakulam and Idukki districts. It's 214 meters long and 4.9 meters wide, and is part of National Highway 85.
