Not only are we completing our 1st Year at our Da Krem bakery, but we’re also proud to introduce you to our new Head Chef Bhakti N. We thought we take a moment to introduce you to our new Head Chef.

Bhakti has an overall 5+ years of experience in the bakery kitchen working across renowned places in Mumbai & Hyderabad. She had always dreamt of being a Chef and this field perfectly aligns with her future goals. Her specialty is Fondant Cakes, Chocolate displays, and Customised cakes. Bhakti is very hard-working and innovative and her progressive outlook will help build Dakrem as a strong brand.

Aayushi’s journey in the sugar world began with a simple chocolate cake recipe at the very young age of 13 and there was no looking back from there on out.

Qualifications.
Bachelor's degree, ITM-IHM from Mumbai
Double Bachelor's degree Queen Margaret University Edinburgh
Masters in Culinary Arts Management from the University of Birmingham

She has gone on to work with Taj Palace, Four Seasons in India & Opheem (Michelin star), Legna (Recommended Michelin star) in the UK, and other impressive names in the dessert and pastries world. While her profile speaks for itself to top it up she’s also one of the winner of the Reality TV show - Veeba cook off challenge on the FOOD FOOD channel.

She has in a short time managed to build her reputation as a creative pastry chef and a phenomenal creative in the field of desserts. Her learnings and experience have enabled her to identify and create new trends in the sugar world, all done while making extraordinary fusions of various dessert styles.

Using all this cumulative experience she wishes to inject Da Krem with the idea of not just baking desserts but bringing the passion for sweets to life. With her global experience in the field, the aim is to bring the global into the local. So that all our patrons can partake and savor the sugary goodness Da Krem has to offer.
